CITRA code 011022-LT-0083. Experience the thrill of staying in a bright house from the 1600s, in the heart of a village a few meters from the sea. Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out to the terrace and see the blue of the waters yourself. On the first floor there is a living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. On the floor below, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple without or with children who, thanks to the double services and the double sofa bed of the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short ramp of about ten steps. I live within walking distance of Alice's House and am available for any inquiries or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then enjoy the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in half of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km. and is connected to these two locations by public transport that transit every halfhour or so. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway toll booths are just a short distance away on the A12 motorway, you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. In the village, an autosilo was recently built with about 100 parking spaces for a fee (nightly rate €10.00). At the usual price, a private garage is available adjacent to Alice's House. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then enjoy the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. The terrace overlooking the sea🌊is a small apartment located in the picturesque port of Riomaggiore. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are within walking distance. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine,watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 The house belonged to my great grandparents and I hope it brings to couples as it was for them🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.
