Friendly. Courteous. Interested. This is how we experienced our landlord, even if we only had phone and written contact. The apartment was just as described and there were no surprises. The location is quiet despite the address main street, as the apartment is in the second backyard.

Hosts available at all times of the vacation, house as described in the listing and in a very strategic location, I highly recommend the house to all those who want to stay in Berlin, thank you again for your kindness.

The accommodation is very well located, in the center and close to tourist points and many restaurants. Tara is super responsive and gives all the information to arrive from the airport and find the accommodation very easily. I would recommend it in a second!

Huan is an excellent host, extremely considerate and helpful. The flat was perfect, in an excellent position, and clean and wholesome to stay in. Huan had provided all the little amenities we needed, but anything extra is available in the many shops and cafes right next door. Thanks Huan!

Really a nice place - walking distance to U Bahn with easy transport to Berlin central station in just 19 min. Only stayed for one night, but you could easily stay for longer. Nice kitchen - big bathroom - An fine sleeping arrangements for 4-5 people - Safe parking in front of the house Would happily stay again in the future

We had a great girl's weekend there. The property is in a quiet area. The property as well as the house are fantastically beautiful. The house is furnished with great attention to detail. The recommended baker exceeded our expectations. Thank you for this recommendation.

The four of us did workation in Rico's place and it was great for that! In addition, we had great weather and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! What we may have missed or misread that the accommodation is very close to the water, but that there is no proper access and the nearest swimming spot is a bit away (about 3km). Otherwise, there are two small places where you can see the lake (about 10 minutes walk) But otherwise everything is regulated by private entrances. Nevertheless, it was really nice and the house has everything you need! Also a nice terrace to eat outside, a garden with space. So really great!

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

We stayed at Anya’s place for the second time and had a great time again. It’s a perfect getaway from the big city. The host and her family are very nice and responsive. Anya’s has done many improvements in her house since our last stay, we were nicely surprised by that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come again for sure!

Had an awsome 6 days at Tim’s apartment . Its a home away home. I iked everything there. Easy access —quiet and residential yet well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, Communication with Tim was smooth and easier, and check-in was hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin!

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

Very good accommodation! In addition, Angela is a very likeable person. We had great conversations about society and politics. Since I traveled to Berlin for an interview with an authority, this was just the right thing! i was in Berlin for further training and thus little in the city. Alessandro still gave good information with the subway network. Due to the arrival by train and the delays, we were in contact on the day of arrival and here he responded quickly and kindly. At any time during the stay, a contact was quickly given. The apartment is very clean. Minimalist furnishings, but that doesn't mean something was missing. It was even relaxed to adjust the room temperature according to your own wishes. I am very satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. The small "workout" to the attic with 90-step offered an additional sporting activity. the view was great, the tranquility given and therefore absolutely TipTop for me to learn.

Georgios was helpful and responsive from our first contact onwards, and made our arrival time possible even though he couldn’t be there in person. The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen modern and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having a bathtub, and the washing machine was very handy. It was lovely to be in a proper home rather than an impersonal rental. It was a great neighbourhood, and we explored in every direction. The apartment is well connected, very close to a tram stop. It is 4th floor with no lift, but we embraced the exercise! Thanks for everything, Georgios!
