Family-friendly holiday rentals in Telluride

We had a wonderful trip to Telluride! Amy's place had all the amenities we needed, and everything was within walking distance. The views from the condo were stunning. When we return, we’ll definitely request to stay there again!

Jessica made the whole experience smooth and easy for us. She sent a email with detailed directions before the stay. Her home is in a really great location and looks just like the photos. After the long drive it was nice to be able to walk everywhere in town and enjoy the fall air. There is a market located right across the street from the home that we were able to go grab little things for breakfast and grab a coffee before heading into town. The home was very cozy to stay in and loved the decor. I would maybe bring your own pillows though. But it was a very peaceful stay that my husband and I really enjoyed. Perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay here while in Telluride!! The location was perfect and such a convenient walk to the gondola and Main Street. Suchitra was super helpful, responsive, and was thoughtful enough to bring us a back up coffee maker when we noticed a small crack in the first one. I’d recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit.

We had a great time in a beautiful neighborhood. One convenience we hadn't expected was the nearby restaurant at the Hotel Telluride - right next door!

We would love to stay here again! Literally steps away from Lift 7, short walk from gondola and bars/restaurants, super clean, very comfy, great indoor and outdoor hot tub in the complex. Peggy was super helpful, accommodating, and communicative.

Truly one of the best locations in Telluride. Great feel to the space. Has everything you need and then some. Highly recommended!

We had such a great stay at the Dreamcatcher! The location was perfect for walking to the gondola or the closer lift. Being able to park in the public parking lot was very convenient as well, just steps from the unit. The room itself was very comfortable and cozy, bed was fantastic. Would no question stay again here if we come back to Telluride!

What an incredible stay! We were in town for the Telluride Horror Show and this place was perfect for being able to walk to all the different theater spaces in town. I didn't have to drive the car all weekend! There were so many thoughtful details, like beautiful fresh flowers, a stocked pantry, and high-end bathroom products. You won't be disappointed by your stay here! It's ultra-cozy and comfortable!

Great place for our family of 6 (2 small kids, 4 adults). Kitchen was quite functional and we cooked in 3 of the 4 nights. Bummer that the hot tub was closed for maintenance (we didn’t know until we went to go use it one day), but only a minor inconvenience. Would consider staying here again!

Description was spot on and this is definitely a place to get away and relax. Amazing opportunities for stargazing and relaxing by the fire. Also, the location makes for a convenient home base to explore Ouray, Telluride, etc. We would stay again if we were to come back to the area in the future!

The Powderhouse is an awesome authentic Silverton vintage house. It is very homey and fits the needs for the active traveller enjoying the area. She isn't the fanciest house but super cozy beds and room for a big crew!

Great host and prime location from Ouray main street and quick access to all the 4x4 trails that I planned for my group. Less than 2min walk to the start of main street and a few minutes walk to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Less than 5 minutes away from the trailhead for Campbird Road to Imogene Pass/Yankee Boy Basin. 10 mins away from the Alpine Loop Start (Mineral Creek trailhead). Less than a 3 min walk from the Ouray Hot Springs. Marta was extremely responsive and accommodating. Plenty of room for parking. Everything inside and outside was clean, spotless and functioning. Will definitely be back to use this location as a homebase for our 4x4 trips in the San Juan National Forest. The home was very spacious. Having 2 fridges and 2 kitchen spaces was great! Plenty of rooms and beds for privacy. Beautiful upper living room with large windows to view the mountains.

The location is very convenient, allowing kids to ski in and out with ease. The added convenience of a ski butler service delivering equipment right to your door is a great touch. The hotel’s shuttle drivers are all exceptionally patient and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and very comfortable.

We were looking for something over Christmas with a kitchen and two beds. Although there are other hotels in the same price range, none of them had proper kitchens, or even kitchenettes in some cases. This place provided what we needed perfectly. The location can't be beat, walking distance to everything downtown and also some nice nature walks along the river. The views were great. The co-host, Molly, was very responsive and immediately helped with some unclear check-in instructions and was able to get us settled in with all our amenities (like great coffee!). The views from the front door were lovely too.

fantastic condo located a VERY short walk from the ski lifts. About a half a mile walk to town with restaurants and stores. Amazing location, hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. Would come back!! Thank you!!

We loved everything about our stay at Barbara’s. Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, so spacious (almost like a Jr. one-bedroom), fast wi-fi and right in town. And to top it all, Barbara was so friendly and helpful, and made our stay beyond lovely. This was a last-minute arrangement when our planned place fell through, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host or condo, even with months of planning. Thank you, Barbara!! We’re grateful.

Very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or grill...lots of pots & pans, utensils, etc. The location is phenomenal on the walking trail along the San Miguel River. Easy walking to everything in this cute town. Loved the huge deck, outdoor chairs and table. The hot tub and swimming pool were an added bonus! The property managers responded to us promptly (no hotpads).

Great place to stay in Mountain Village. We had to get out of the Houston hurricane quickly with no power, and the place is super easy and the Peaks staff makes everything seamless. Highly recommend.

I loved my stay at this adorable condo a short walk to the Gondola. The king sized bed was comfy and there was great closet space for my clothing and even a dresser inside. I also worked at the desk which faced the cutest little shops. Shower pressure and hot water was also great and I enjoyed use of the hot tub and cozy entry/kitchen area.

Our family have stayed at this location in other rental units but this unit by far stood out for most stocked kitchen on any rental. Gas stove and many new pots and pans plus a wide arrangement of toaster/coffee pot/baking dishes and plenty of dishware. Made getting a good breakfast made or chili in the crockpot for the end of the day so easy. It was very nice decor and by far the cleanest we’ve stay in Telluride. Pls note there is not a washer/dryer in the unit, so be ready if a longer stay requests that. The view off the balcony of the creek running to the walkable gondola was beautiful. It was a quick 6-7 minute walk each morning to get to the gondola and start our ski day. We were most comfortable with the bedding, super fluffy towels (and plenty of them) and would absolutely use this unit again. On this trip, it was just my daughter and myself but easy for up to 4 to sleep. Thank you!

The Madeline residences are wonderfully convenient for families. We cook, grab our equipment, and ski in and out within a few mins. We can come back for lunch at our place and skip the restaurant lines. We can bring our dog and take on walks on breaks. There’s a great market within a 5 min gondola trip. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! Kids love them and always ask to come back. I’m a light sleeper and this place is very quiet. Residence is clean with a well stocked kitchen.
