We came a little early for our check in but it wasn’t an issue they let us come right in and feel at home. The place is very beautiful and it’s peaceful. I genuinely had no issues and they are awesome people. The best part was the really close view of the mountains.

Great place, our second time staying here. Feels clean and I like the little touches such as the essential oils, diffuser, made the second bed when we arrived, curtains, etc. Will stay here again.

Our stay was great. The folder with all the recommendations was very helpful, and the hot tub is one of the best I’ve tried!

As someone who travels a lot for work and play, it’s rare to find an affordable studio that doesn’t feel like a budget studio. This place sets the bar HIGH- it’s convenient, quiet, and incredibly cozy! This studio is set apart from others with its exceptional attention to detail and quality- high quality linens, comfortable bed and pillows, cozy fireplace that isn’t just for looks like so many listings these days, and top rate appliances (even a fancy electric teapot for tea lovers like me!)! Rick and Kiyoun were friendly, welcoming and so responsive- I felt right at home. What’s more- for those traveling to the Springs for work or play- this location couldn’t be better! It’s within walking/biking distance to a major regional trail system, it’s close to the interstate if you’re traveling, and it’s on a bus line and right by an e-bike station if you need wheels. All around perfection! We’ll be back!

Sarah and Joel’s place was perfect for our visit to Colorado Springs. Everything was super clean and tidy. The bed was REALLY comfy and we appreciated the assorted snacks. We had a family emergency on the morning of check out and they were so kind and accommodating to our unexpected crisis. Thank you so much for giving us the extra time to take care of our situation.

Olga was very responsive to all of my questions prior to booking the place. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfy. My children loved it! Although they were too busy to try the hot tub, it looked very inviting. The space was very warm, especially since we’re from Hawaii and not used to the sub-zero temps. It was easy to check in and we didn’t have any issues while we were there. I was also able to have Instacart deliver groceries and there is a Walmart nearby. It was a great space for our family on the short visit to Colorado and we were able to book it on short notice. The house slippers Olga provided were awesome! That was a really nice touch. Olga also provided lots of snacks. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Our trip here wasn’t long but it was really fun. There was so much inside to keep us busy the whole time we were there! We would absolutely stay here again!

So close to all the activities. Garden of Gods is breathtaking, recommend Jeep tour. Very comfortable bed. Place offers everything you need.

The space itself was cozy and thoughtfully designed with your stay in mind. It was quiet and Dan was beyond hospitable, coming down to show us the ropes and quirks of the space shortly after we arrived.

My stay at Donna's place was a great experience. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was available in the apartment. The kitchen is fully-loaded with extras. The location is safe and about one mile from the Garden of the Gods park. On a rare, super cold evening, Donna went out of her way to purchase an additional oil heater in case I needed it. She was available at any time---day and night, snow or shine, and extremely responsive. She assisted and provided information about other available Airbnbs, if needed for a longer stay. Not only is Donna accommodating, she is also a kind and lovely person. Thank you, Donna.

Went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready upon late arrival. Personally cleaned our space and was very hospitable and kind. Amazing experience and would definitely recommend to anyone!
