You can rent our newly renovated and high-quality apartment in the best location with a lot of love for detail! From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the mountain Kramer as well as the beautiful Loisach that is right at your feet. It's just a few steps to the center of Garmisch. The apartment is very quiet, the perfect place to unwind. And yet you are right in the middle of it! Shopping, bakery, restaurants are very close. Train station about 10 min. walk to the apartment. The apartment has been renovated by us with much love. It can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for small family, as well as a couple. Baby bed and baby chair is available as well as washing machine.(is all new) The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. The associated underground parking and drying room is also located in the house. Right in front of the house flows very nicely creek (Leusach) , where you can relax nicely. Apartment is located on the ground floor, the house has only three stairs which is quite convenient for families with children as well as for older guests. The municipality charges a 3 tax tax per person Euro per day. For this, the guest receives a ticket for free local bus, as well as savings for swimming pool, Partnachklam, museum, etc.

Well equipped apartment in the heart of the city. The 40m2 flat is situated in a historic building and most of Innsbruck's sights are in walking distance. As part of the tourism region Innsbruck, we are able to offer you the Welcome Card. The apartment is cosy, welcoming and charming. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wooden high plateau, which hosts an extra double bed in a cosy atmosphere thanks to the low ceiling. Wifi and a TV with Netflix is also provided for cosy evenings.
