Very comfortable and very convenient to get to the cruise port. Bathrooms were clean and well appointed. We’d be happy to stay here again.

What an adorable cottage space! I arrived after a long drive to a beautiful warm house to see a cute little decorated Christmas tree! I never expected a host to go so far above an beyond. The decor was spot on as everywhere you looked was another cute little nugget to look at. I appreciated the large fluffy towels as well as the full tv lineup from the master bed space! I'd definitely love to stay again when I'm back in NJ. Thank you Mark.

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place. It has all the features a good AirBnB has but three features that made it next level: 1. Hosts are wonderful and responsive. I got all confused about the code log in even after they'd given me clear instructions, and Paulette helped me out-- no problem, immediately, and very friendly. 2. Place is extremely thoughtfully furnished. Everything you're gonna want is probably there. 3. Value is outstanding. Relative to the cost of local hotels especially, you're not going to come close to this kind of value in my experience in Princeton, at least from hotels. (I have a less experience with the airbnb market but I still feel confident this is excellent value.) I'd for sure stay again.

The view from the house of the sunrise over the mountains and reflecting on the lake was spectacular. Lastly, it being dog friendly made it all the sweeter. Tranquility and comfortability at its best with this air bnb.

This was our second time staying here. Jean is a fantastic host. Very responsive gives clear instructions. Place is spacious and clean. Jean leaves delicious snacks and water which is awesome after a long trip to get here. We will be heading back to NJ in late March for a 3/29 and we are hoping this place is available. Best Air BNB we ever stayed.

Jo's place is exactly as pictured, a perfect home away!! It was super clean, very comfortable, and had all the listed amenities :) It's very cozy, with an excellent location, beautiful surroundings and extremely convenient. Jo's proactive communication made for an easy check in & out! We highly recommend and will definitely return!!

This condo is extremely nice and well appointed. Accommodations were exactly as described. It worked out very well for to have our sons join us while we visited our daughter for Christmas

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

I had a wonderful stay at Merlon’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to Manhattan and American Dream mall. Merlon was incredibly hospitable, making sure I had everything I needed. I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.

A great stay at Ave. Wonderful facility. Modern with great amenities. The staff were excellent. Personable and incredibly customer service focused. Just made the stay all the better. Recommend highly and commend all the staff for being top notch - from the front facing professionals to those behind the scenes keeping the place clean and operating smoothly. A great team! We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The place was great. Very close to the subway, and a lot of things to check out in the area that were walkable distance. Kitchen was very clean, bedroom had. A lot of space and so did the bathroom. I think the back yard was one of favorite parts. So big and beautiful. Artemie was a wonderful host and extremely hospitable. He always responded when we had any questions, and made us feel like we were home. We’ll definitely be staying here again if we ever decide to come back to Brooklyn. 10/10

Z was a super host. He took care of everything before we arrived. The house is tiny but has everything you need including a walk in closet. Kitchen is spacious, living room is comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Thank you Z🙏🙏🙏

Very convenient and nice place to stay while visiting NYC, we really enjoyed it and also we had bedroom with our own area with kitchen, tv, bathroom and mini-hall way. 3-4 min walking to the closest bus station then train to get to Manhattan. Thank you.

The stay at Loyda fully met our expectations, the house was super cozy, large, warm and with all the necessary services. Loyda also offered us a free upgrade to a better apartment with multiple amenities. The area was very quiet and residential and the location was great (15min to PATH for Manhattan). Nothing was missing and Loyda was always available to respond.
