Lovely peaceful little place. Special layout. Kids loved it. Felt like being in the tree tops.

We loved our stay here. Beautifully appointed apartment and lovely quiet location perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The fresh flowers and chocolate were just two of the special touches that were much appreciated. Hope to come back soon.

A truly incredible house, the photos do no justice so be prepared to be blown away when you arrive! If you want an outstanding view, this is the place to go. We had a stunning girls weekend and have made so many memories. We will hopefully be coming back. 10/10, Thanks Jill!

This place is truly the house on a hill with a spectacular view of Kapiti that changes constantly though out the day. The house is filled with light and sun a very easy modern house that suited our large family group with enough space for everyone with inside outside flow and a great kitchen which we all used to cook together in.The day trips were easy from here and the trip into wellington was perfect with the highway. The house had everything that made our trip easy and relaxed. Since being home we have all missed the magic view.

What a view. So relaxing. Loved the large living space. Games room was great for the teens. Wonderful place to stay.

Great stay for a family group. Good backyard, fenced, open living space and back door leads onto deck. And has ramp access. Great kitchen space with lots of dinnerware, glassware and cutlery. Provided good local recommendations.

Tracy was a great host, communication was helpful with pictures of the lock box locations making it super easy to check in. Milk in the fridge and a few staples made it easy on arrival. The grounds were beautiful we only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy them when in town.

We had an amazing stay at Kapiti Sands for a family gathering! Huge house for our large family group . So many bedrooms & indoor & outdoor areas to hang together, but also have some space. The 180-degree beach view was magical, and we loved spending time outdoors on the decks or picnics on the grassy areas. Lovely stroll down to the beach from the backyard , and short walk to the village shops & a great park for the kids. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Jenny was an amazing host, really fast to respond and no questions was too much. Thank you for your patience while trying to organise the large group!

Amazing place to stay! Exceeded our expectations! Beautiful place, nice and close to the square, lovely touches such as Brekky, coffee, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat - biggest thanks!!

My only complaint is that we only booked one night! My goodness, the place is an absolute dream. The view is stunning, you are seconds from the beach and great food. The space is super private, and deliciously lovely and comfortable inside. It is the ultimate beach getaway! Highly recommend this place and we can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay and although we were only there for two nights, it was enough to feel refreshed and ready to take on the new year. Matt and David have paid attention to the little details like gorgeous bedding and plenty of toilet paper that always make me happy! Will look forward to staying again!

What wonderful hosts Raman and Dorothy are....true hosts not the ones that just give you a key and that's it....They are what Air Bob used to be all about ------meeting people across the country.... What a pleasure to stay there. And so accommodating and kind.
