Great location. Easy walk into town. The construction nearby was not an issue. Quiet and private.

This place is awesome. Walked into town both nights for dinner and ice cream on the lake. Also walked to the gondola to go for a hike. Great location. The reserved parking also made it very easy. Loved it!!

Wonderful stay. The place was spotless. The view is spectacular. Just 5-10mins drive to CBD. The only down side is it is not recommended for people who wish to park a motorhome here.

Super clean place, warm with fire and heatpump. Fire did not work and host responded straight away and had it fixed. Very friendly, great location for skiing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in April’s home. It was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and April was most accomodating of our changing needs keeping good lines of communication open. I would ask to stay at her place again should we decide to holiday in Nelson again.

The place was beautiful and the surroundings were peaceful. we stayed for 2 nights and we could just easily walked to the botanic garden whenever we wanted. Perfect location!!

A tidy and comfortable unit with a nice lawn and view of the lake. Very convenient location near the airport and supermarkets.

Valerie and Ewan were very friendly and a highlight was their spectacular garden. We were very lucky to be able to help ourselves to the abundant veggie patch. Lots of yummy treats left for us on arrival. Good small supermarket, a couple of pubs and the amazing bakery. We had a very peaceful Xmas/New Year here.

Cozy apartment to stay for couples traveling together. Facilities are new and easy to use. Not far away from city center. Overall good experience.

Had a great stay at Jane’s place! Clean, comfortable, and bigger than expected. Not too far of a drive from Larnach Castle and the Dunedin Railway Station/City Center. I felt safe as a single female traveler. Only note is to take your time driving to and from the Airbnb due to steep and narrow roads, but that’s the case getting to Larnach Castle as well as some other roads in Dunedin. Great scenery so it was worth it! Highly recommend staying here!

Nice and quite place. Walkable to the city. Only 6 min drive to the shops, restaurants and the lake. Highly recommended

Great location. In residential neighborhood with a large park walkable (5 minutes). It is about a 5 minute drive to the main center near the lake shore. The lake shore itself has a parking lot, paved path, and great kids playground. The main city area isn’t on the water due to the road but a short walk across the street. It is also a 10 minute drive to outside the area close to the Lavender farm and Toy and Transport Museum which are both must do’s.

Bryan and Kristy are so nice. Apartment is new and fully functional. 10 min walk to twin river trails, must go! 5min drive to shopping center, 15 min to town. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay on our way to Southland. Everyone was happy with my choice of accommodation for us. The accommodation was super clean and not cluttered, but had all that we needed. Thanks Chris and Julie.

Stunning home and location. The place was spotless when we arrived. Host was very responsive when I had a question. We're absolutely stay again and highly recommended

Oh my goodness, this place was perfect! Such a stunning view of the Lake. Two spacious bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. We had a 2 year old and her room was quiet and we were able to make it dark (despite the 10.10pm sunset!). The kitchen had all the amenities, along with a washing machine and dryer, plus many other helpful pieces that Sophie had included (drying rack, potty, stroller, umbrellas). I felt relaxed and at home. There are 4 short flights of stairs from the car park to the room, but there is also as to avoid 3/4 of these flights. It is about a 10-15 minute walk into town (down hill) and we often caught a taxi back as the hill is quite steep (this was about $15-$25 depending on the taxi). If you weren’t pregnant, a toddler or elderly you could walk the hill without trouble. I couldn’t recommend Sophie and her place more highly! Thanks for having us.

Had a wonderful week in Fernhill exploring all Queenstown had to offer including quiet swim spots, playground with a VIEW, world class MTB tracks, forest and lakeside walks and sneaky local gems for food. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a New Years to remember.

The apartment is beautiful. The bathrooms in particular were stunning, and all of the furniture was impeccably selected. We especially loved having dinner at the kitchen counter where you can open the windows and sit either inside or outside depending on your preference. Wanaka is a five minute drive away. You could walk into town, but it would be a little bit of a track. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you

We needed a place to stay after a late arrival at Nelson airport - Karen was great! She left a light on for us (when we said we would arrive late); The unit was 5 minutes from the airport, on a hill with a beautiful view of the town (which we saw in the morning!) Karen & Bruce were there to say hello in the morning. Apartment itself is lovely.
