Holiday rentals with a patio in Te Aro

A near new very comfortable and quiet unit in an elevated location an easy bus ride from the city. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone. We had no problem with the driveway/parking

Incredible location and spectacular views are two of the things that stood out with this apartment! The interior of the penthouse was immaculate and MaryKate made us feel welcome and at home every second of our stay. This apartment is by the coast as well as within heart of Wellington which makes it a perfect stay for all travelers! MaryKate was incredibly responsive, providing us with delicious local food recommendations as well. Highly recommended, especially if you have a bigger group!

Thia is an outstanding high quality apartment. Very tastefully and inspiringly furnished, has everything you possibly need. The view from the windows is spectacular and the location also perfect if you don't want to stay in the CBD. One of the best apartments we have ever been to!

I personally would not stay here again. I chose this bnb because of family up the road. I found there were no bnb that’s stood out to me in area. I would personally have spent a little more to be in a nicer area and a more up to date home. Wellington is actually very small and we could have easily gone to a better neighborhood with no problem for our family. The upstairs neighbors were loud and there was a mold like smell in the home. My dad on the other hand was pleased with the stay. He is not picky like me. I do appreciate Carol for letting us stay.

Gavin's place is in a great neighborhood in Kelburn - coffee shops and restaurants right down the street, and walkable to Zealandia! We did a night tour there which got you admission also in the daytime plus the next day. I'm a bird lover and went there 3 different times! The unit is also walkable to downtown Wellington with even more restaurant and bars to choose from, and to get back if you don't walk to walk back up the hill it's very close to the cable car. We really enjoyed our stay at Gavin's place!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely stunning, and being so close to the beach made it even more special. The property had everything we needed to cook, which was super convenient. The bedroom was incredibly comfy and spacious, making it a perfect place to relax. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Gabbies Home. The house was spotless when we first arrived, and her thoughtful touches made us feel right at home..we appreciate the comfortable beds, and the whole house had everything we needed, my only advise is to have an air-condition for the top/upstairs rooms🥰 We enjoyed our stay at Gabbies home, My kids didn’t want to leave her place. We hope to stay again next time we come to Wellington.❤️ Highly recommend Gabbies place and Gabbie was a fantastic host. Much love and GB Emma & family xx

There was plenty of space for 5 adults, a toddler and a baby. We were down from Auckland for a wedding and its location was good for the venue and our visit to Te Papa. We were delighted to find a coffee machine and already filled with coffee beans. Love the 2-drawer dishwasher which is like the one we have at home. The bathrooms are big and the showerheads were a good size. We didn't spend time on the patio as our toddler just loved being chased inside the house which had great layout. It was a very comfortable stay for all of us and would definitely stay again.

Kara’s place is exactly as described it to be, very clean, comfortable & modern with all amenities. For what we needed, it was super convenient to the event we were there for, Kara was so responsive to us & was very flexible with check-in time slightly earlier. Would visit again & recommend to others in future.

This is a very peaceful spot in a nice neighborhood which is close to Wellington city centre. The guesthouse is very thoughtfully designed, quiet and extremely comfortable. it deserves the excellent reviews. Just bear in mind that Wellington is extremely hilly so a car rental is highly recommended.

It is a beautiful, modern house with comfortable beds and our stay was amazing. The weather in Wellington wasn't great, so we had to stay inside a lot, but it was a nice and cozy place to spend time in. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice spot in Wellington, thought initially it might be too far out to walk everywhere but it was only ten minutes' walk to Thorndon New World and fifteen to the Beehive end of Lambton Quay which was fine. Lovely view, good little kitchen, bed comfy, shower decent. Very happy.

HIDDEN GEM! This unit and location are an amazing value! Perfectly located on the edge of the CBD. Right near Te Papa and pretty much everything worth doing in the Wellington CBD is a 5 minute walk. Zoo and other activities are a short drive/Uber away. The unit is wonderfully spacious, clean, and has everything you could want along with spectacular views. I would absolutely come here again and recommend without hesitation, you really won't find a better place or value. Communication was great and the building and nearby areas are clean and safe.

The host was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had a good experience.

What a fabulous flat. The views were stunning. Wall down the street to the beach area. Quick drive to restaurants and groceries. City centre only a short drive as well. Lovely spacious flat. Super comfy beds. Kitchen is so well stocked. We cooked many meals at home. Love when we find a kitchen we can actually make family meals in. They spices, oils, loads of pots and pans. Cooks heaven. Loved watching the planes take off and land. Just a fantastic flat all around.
