Holiday rentals with a patio in Te Arai

Hosts met us on arrival. Room was as advertised and was spotless. The location was amazing with sea front views. They communicated well with us and were very flexible with the checkout times. Close to the town centre. We took our car and was eas to find with easy parking on premises. Highly recommend for a weekend away. Will be back

Great place to stay. Short walk to the ferry into the city. Everything you needed was included. We have no hesitation to recommend this Airbnb to others.

The house was perfect for the five of us. It has lots of space, the hosts were very generous with the condiments and the space was light, comfortable and really clean and tidy. The wi fi was also brilliant!. While the house is nice and peaceful it is a short drive to the shops and about 10 minutes from the beach. We didn’t find this a problem and Leone and Mark were awesome to deal with.

Nice place, quiet location. Wei is a great host, milk and the fruit bowl was really appreciated.

Lovely place to stay and relax. The apartment was well resourced and done up to a high standard. The views of the marina are amazing and a short walk from the beach too. Would highly recommend.

We loved our holiday, the batch was perfect for our 3 generations. Well equipped with everything we could need, beautiful views and surroundings, spacious and comfortable. We’re already planning our next visit!

Amandas place was soooo amazing I would love to come again when I don’t have to attend a wedding and just enjoy the place! It’s so close to the beach and a short car ride to Orewa - love the character of the home and it was so comfortable !! Amanda was so lovely and responsive and accommodating and allowed me to check out later because I booked a late flight ! Would definitely recommend this place !!

Great accommodation for our team whilst working in the area. A home away from home!

The place had everything our family needed!! The boys were very happy with the trampoline and the dogs loved the massive outdoor area- both kids and dogs rolled on the grass as soon as we got there!! Fully equipped kitchen/ house , and also having the washing machine and dryer was super handy. Would definitely book again!

My family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a small dog were so comfortable at Dominic's home. The place was clean and spacious, with great views and a all around comfortable environment. Especially with 6 adults about. There was plenty of places to sneak away and read a book or take a nap from everyone else if required. The downstairs Rumpus room was a great addition with it's Ping-Pong table and dart board. Most afternoons after a day at the beach we found ourselves downstairs enjoying a game of dart and ping-pong. We couldn't of been more comfortable. Thanks Dominic

This place was absolutely stunning and incredibly spacious—it almost felt like a shame we didn’t have more people to share it with! The views were breathtaking, especially the sunrise, which I made sure to wake up for every morning. There was so much room to relax, and the bathrooms, complete with tubs, were a big hit with my son. Amy was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and very accommodating. I can’t wait to come back with more friends and family to fully enjoy this amazing property!

We absolutely loved this house. The kids were in the water from the moment the sun came up until it went down. The house was clean and tidy and easy to find everything you need and the view.... WOW I could sit for hours just looking out at the water. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming even Sid the local cat came to hang out We were impressed with how helpful the hosts were they even left bubbles on the beds for the kids this is definitely on the return list. The kids have already told us we are staying for a week next time.

We really liked this rental - it is in a great location north of Auckland in Takapuna. It’s walkable to the beach, restaurants, and retail. The view from the 4th floor is very nice of the city and ocean. The apartment was spacious for two, modern aesthetic, and very clean. It was convenient to have parking and washer/dryer. Fliss was a very friendly and attentive host. We recommend!

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Amazing view, access to the Takapuna-Milford walkway, very clean and well-appointed place. Even a few extras like fresh fruit, bread, and chocolate! And excellent coffee. Super easy people to communicate with too when needed.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Loved how child friendly the accomodation was with all the things you’d need for a baby. So grateful to use the car charger too. Crystal was a great host as well!

This is a beautiful apartment with excellent views, a great outdoor setting, and a well-equipped kitchen with a good-quality Kettle and coffee machine. Good linen and towels, five-star all the way. Very responsive host . Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay for a family of 4 plus the grandparents too. Perfect location with just a short walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Apartment was clean, tidy and modern - we felt right at home. Would 100% recommend Lorraine’s place for a beach getaway.
