Centrally located for exploring beautiful Chefchaouen, great restaurant recommendations too... Raphaël and Ibrahim were fantastic hosts and couldn't do more for us, even organising our transport for returning to the airport!

It can hardly be more typical of the country. Beautiful house in the middle of the medina yet quiet. In 1 minute in the middle of the hustle and bustle and beautiful blue alleys. Wonderful rooftop terrace with stunning views over Chefchaouen and the mountains. Communication in advance perfect and easy. Lots of tips for restaurants and attractions in and around Chefchaouen. If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

We could not have asked for a better stay in Chefchaouen! This was my third visit but nothing compares to staying right in the medina. Samir’s home is traditional, offers an incredible view, and gives you an authentic experience of Chefchaouen. Everything is gorgeous. The TWO rooftops are a magic place to hear the public call to prayer. Samir himself is a wonderful communicator and reached out to be sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Overall a true 5-star experience. Samir is an excellent host and we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay went great! The accommodation is perfectly located, we had a very pleasant time. Mohamed is an invested and very responsive person. After a long trip, we booked his place for one night asking if we could check in early because we were very tired and he arranged us directly! A big thank you again to him for his kindness, he made us feel comfortable and provided everything we needed to have a great stay!

We had an amazing time at Dar Benares, Nabila showed us around and cooked us amazing breakfast every morning. The riad is stunning and in a great location to explore the Medina. We would recommend it to anyone staying in Fes

one of the best bookings i have ever done. my whole family loved it .ages ranged from 62,32,32,7,3,1 we all felt like we was in a palace with our own luxury garden with different fruit trees, pomegranate,olives, pears , right next to us is a peacock,turkey, a beatiful 🐶. we had a small 🐢 paying us a visit in our garden she was adorable. the owner (simo dad) is a amazing person and good in 💓. you will not find a more respectful man as him .i highly reccomend him and he a has a nice, luxury pick up car .

It is a beautiful setting and you really have privacy and tranquillity. The house is well maintained and clean and also the pool is clean and large with a very nice outdoor kitchen (bbq). We really enjoyed our stay. There are also many fruit trees on the land that you can pick and eat fresh. With 20 minutes you can reach the marjanne or the Souk in Nador or the beach by car. Ismail is also a very nice host who is always available for any questions or help. Thank you Ismail and in shaa Allaah until the next time.

State of the art villa with amazing views and privacy. Need a car to access, about 20 mins to nearest supermarket. Ali was super helpful. Few issues with the facilities but did not harm our experience- would love to visit again. Thanks!

Very nice experience at Driss's. A stay that was refreshing and relaxing. The calm and tranquility of the villa is exactly what we were looking for. With a very clean and well laid out interior, and a large, natural and well kept exterior. Not to mention the view and the pool, which was able to make our children happy. If you want to disconnect from the everyday and rest like us, this is the place for you. Finally, the half board offered was the best asset of the stay: rich, generous and delicious meals prepared every day by Driss. A real treat!

Lahcen is an amazing host—super friendly, very responsive, and always quick to offer great suggestions. The house was lovely, spacious, and impeccably clean. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

A huge thanks to Houcine and his father. The two were super friendly and helpful, they gave us good tips on route, restaurant, playgrounds, shopping. The stay was very quiet, private and pleasant. The pool was always available, our children felt comfortable and safely swam in it. The stay was exactly assured to my family, we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Mehdi was really responsive and helpful. The house is well situated, you can easily just walk around and is barely minutes by walk to the bus station.

The riad is beautiful. It is in a brilliant location, just a short walk from the Blue Gate. There are also some convenience stores a couple of minutes walk away. Mohammed is such a welcoming host. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions and arranged taxis for us to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend Mohammed's place if you are visiting Fes.

Its a great place, best balcony ever....but be prepared for STAIRS. Like many of the houses there each room is on a separate floor. Also Mehdi does not live in the town and has an agent that you will need to communicate with. He's great, but has another job too , so for example we had to do a bit of coordination to ensure a taxi to the train station. We also ended up getting into the wrong taxi as the instructions were not clear. We were fine, but I felt really sorry for the driver who turned up specially to get us. Our apologies to him.

The host is very nice, friendly, and responsible. Great and large apartment in a quit area. Walkable area, beautiful views around, and a lot of stuff to do. I’ll make it back again and highly recommend it. Keep up the excellent service.

Very nice stay! The sea view from the terrace is beautiful. Privacy is guaranteed, we were able to fully enjoy the apartment as well as the large terrace. Although the owners live on the ground floor, they are very discreet. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood to rest, close to the Sfiha Sea. The city center, which is more lively, is about fifteen minutes by car. Private and secure parking is a big advantage. Looking forward to staying there again!

Great I recommend , the house looks exactly like the photos . If Mohammed is very welcoming and made us very comfortable . The city is sublime , we will come back another time without faults
