Very beautiful and atmospheric place! A real treasure in the village of Hovk. Cosy and very homely interior combined with beautiful views, fireplace, sauna, bath and starry sky. Terrific for a girls' evening of relaxation! Despite being far from the main road, high up in the village (about 4km up) the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very hospitable, warm-hearted and attentive Gevorg, we are very grateful for his help! We were without a car and he kindly gave us a lift home and back.

Satenik has created a beautiful retreat in the woods. The house is stylish and well-designed, but the surrounding nature truly steals the show. We loved waking up to the morning views and even spotted some animals wandering around the yard. Satenik’s parents were incredibly welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and breakfast they prepared for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape and quality time with loved ones.

Beautiful apartment with designer aesthetic renovation.We really liked this apartment, and while you are making coffee, you can listen to the records.Good location, the Windows offer beautiful views of the mountains and the river, there is a park in five minutes.The owner of the apartment was polite and always answered our questions.We definitely recommend this apartment!!!🙌

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Grigor’s property in Dilijan with our group of three couples. Grigor was an exceptional host - always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the area. The house itself was fantastic - immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions to reach the property made it easy to find, even for first-time visitors to the area. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Dilijan!

Excellent place and excellent communication with the hosts! The house was super for 4 persons, very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space and as it was snowing during our days there, that made our stay very special! Overall a great experience!

I had an excellent stay at Mohammed's place, he created such a lovely place, clean and functional, everything was perfect.

This listing was as advertised, very cozy and equipped with everything you would need. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Two things to note: the first is that the power went out multiple times as the circuit could not accommodate running the personal heaters in the entire home along with the central air. The second is that the wooden shower in the bathroom, although very nice, has evidence of water damage that is black and contributes to a very strong odor in the restroom that was unpleasant.

Very nice environment right by Lake Sevan. The place is beautiful. Would be great if the staff knows English to cater to international travellers.

Dilijan is sooo worth visiting. Staying at this house maxed out our experience. Ruben is friendly, the house feels very homey, we were lucky enough to experience snow. Would definitely revisit and stay here again. Don't miss out!

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.

Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.
