Great, secluded place, where you can see a bunch of kites. The views of the vineyards are gorgeous. The hosts are very friendly and attentive to any needs, but without disturbing at any time the privacy of the guests. The farmhouse is old but has everything necessary and well conditioned. Having a glass of good wine next to the fireplace, after a hike or visit around the area is a great pleasure. Thank you so much for sharing this perita gem!!

Great spacious house. French charm,great quiet location in the middle of the charming landscape. Great wine region with the best red wines France. Many activities possible. And only 1 hour from the sea. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you again to the excellent host!Highly recommend!Michael

We immediately felt very comfortable in the cozy, very well-equipped accommodation. There were many ways to stay and relax or play together depending on the weather. Contact with Fabienne was excellent. The property also offered the best conditions in the radius of a few kilometers and about half an hour's drive, such as kayaking on the Aude, swimming in the gorge of Termes or visiting Carcassonne or Lagrasse. Also, thank you for welcoming you with local honey and wine! :) We would love to come back.

The house is exactly as they describe it and shown in the pictures. It was pristine clean and very well equipped. The host is very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and we are totally in love with Opus the house border collie.

Incredible location! Wow! Philippe and Olga are the perfect hosts in a perfect Eden. The yurt is amazing and the river and location a dream. The walking is superb and the view of Termes Castle is, well, incredible. A great place to relax but get fit if you like that. After a hard run you can jump in the river too, which is amazing. The hosts could not do enough for me and I’d go back there in a heartbeat. One last thing. My fastest ascent from yurt to the Castle Donjon was 28 mins! Try to beat it!
