Hosts respond promptly and are flexible when needed. The apartment is of great quality with rooftop space to feel almost in a house. The utensils are new and everything works perfectly, with compliment for the bathrooms with good space and great shower. Very nice to have 2 parking spaces in the garage, so you go with family. In holiday season the location allows to move around without congestion.

I loved the stay, the hostess super accessible, very comfortable apartment, great environment… I and my family loved and we even indicated the place.

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

I had a very good stay at the apartment! The space is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and equipped. The location is good as it is on an avenue with easy access. It was an amazing experience! The Marlene that received us was a cute one! Always very solicitous, answering our doubts almost immediately, recommended great restaurants to visit. The place is very charming and conveys a lot of peace, in addition the location is very good, it really is close to Av. Monte Verde, which makes it much easier when it comes to "turistar". The place is very nice and we had incredible times there. The weekend we rented was rainy and Valter promptly helped us with a tent that enlarged the covered space. We managed to have a very pleasant party for my daughter with comfort for the guests.

The stay at Simone's place was simply wonderful! The house is very well-equipped and the pool is an invitation for relaxation. Simone was super attentive and made us super comfortable. We will definitely return!

Very hospitable hosts. My family felt at home. The house is great, many rooms and bathrooms, all as the pictures show. Everything was clean and organized, had bed/bath linen for everyone, good mattresses, equipped kitchen, great furniture… During the stay we commented with Pedro that there was a lack of pots and he promptly decided to bring a brand-new game during the stay. The children had fun in the pool, in the treehouse, with the games and books of the house and also with the super cute puppies of Pedro and Márcia. It was very enjoyable. I recommend and we will certainly return. Ah and the condominium is great and quiet!

Casa marvellous , we have these days in the family and we have nothing to complain about , on the contrary the house had everything , super cozy and Adriana was always amazing ready to help us, we will definitely come back more often.

My first time in Ubatuba and it was more than I expected. Condominium quiet, apartment exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, with all utensils, bedding and pillows with pillowcase and protector. The airy apartment, comfortably held my family. It has a balcony, which helps a lot. Grill area complete and very cozy. Information was very clear, in the apartment it has the same printed recommendations and great communication. I will definitely come back more often.

Our stay was very good, the children took advantage of the swimming pool, game room, court. well organized apt all practical, for our stay. the Hostess Fabiana answered the requested qd promptly.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we love the location of the house, close to the beach we managed to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in the locomotion, the house held well the 07 people,the swimming pool and grill area are great, condominium and quiet, we miss Air fry,and washing machine would help, but we already knew that there was no other, all the same ad, Gisele and André are super attentive, always responded and helped me quickly, thank you for the attention until the next.
