Holiday rentals with a patio in Taubaté

I recommend the apartment, according to the listing, clean, when you go it is ideal to go through the Taubaté mountain range that leaves in front of the apartment, ideal for children, on the street of the entrance there is the UBS emergency room that serves from Sunday to Sunday my daughter was well attended.

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

Excellent! Very clean, wonderful shower! Hydro very good, good fireplace, very clean bedding, comfortable bedding and pillows. It had good bath towels. We don't need a car for anything, you can walk to the main avenue where all the shops and restaurants are. Very friendly hosts, attentive requests, especially Marlene. We had very pleasant conversations with her. The floor fire was also something very cool for us, in which Marlene already prepared and we only lit up at the time we wanted to. Would highly recommend and will be back!

My experience was PERFECT, I looked for a place near where my sister lives and that was petfrindely (as I would like to take my dog for the first time to Ubatuba). apê was my sister's neighbor and my dog was super comfortable, the photos super match the space.... and the activity of the affintrioes is unique, experience simplistically PERFECT.... You can go without fear.

The location of the apartment is great, just across the street and is on the beach. It has a lot of kiosks to stay. Near the center of Ubatuba 5 me by car, then super easy to go for a night walk. Gabriel super gentle and responded quickly and the super easy check-in and checkout at the concierge, including the staff are super polite and gentile.

Simple and cozy locale, the hostess left pampering for the guests. Township had items available for consumption in the fridge such as water, coffee wines, etc. The Deck is a wonderful space with the beautiful view of the mountains, with firewood available for a perfect evening.

Our stay at this home was amazing! We spent the carnival holiday with lots of fun and contact with nature. The space is big and well organized, has a beautiful green area where we can even see some monkeys. The kitchen and BBQ area are great too! I highly recommend the stay for friends and big family! The neighborhood is quiet and has several markets nearby.

Chácara very well taken care of, new house, swimming pool and wonderful lawn, we arrived and everything was clean and organized, it served well the amount of people we were (8 people) we loved all the space in the farmhouse and enjoyed barbecue, pool, lawn, foosball table, volleyball net and the red garage. Only point for users is to be careful with low car during some stretches of dirt road. But I recommend and intend to return soon.

Very hospitable hosts. My family felt at home. The house is great, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, everything as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and organized, there was bed/bath linen for everyone, good mattresses, equipped kitchen, great furniture… During the stay we mentioned to Pedro that pots were missing and he promptly solved it by bringing a brand new set during the stay. The children had fun in the pool, in the tree house, with the games and books in the house and also with Pedro and Márcia's super cute little dogs. It was very nice. I recommend it and we will certainly be back. Oh and the condominium is great and quiet!

The stay with Fran, was wonderful! The listing instructions were already clear and when I had some questions she promptly answered. I felt welcomed, as my boyfriend said "the apartment is very cozy, really a home". It is well located close to the center, quiet neighborhood. We love our stay and will already be scheduled to return to Ubatuba and stay with Fran. Investment is WELL worth the investment. We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

Fábio was a great host! Since the beginning of the reservation he was very attentive, he explained about the reservation and the period we rented, he kept in touch, especially to support if necessary. The hostess was super attentive, helped us with a lot of information about the beaches and surroundings. The house was clean, smelling and comfortable, the pools of the condominium are great, has air-conditioned for children, the adult one has a good depth even for taller people. It's all very good, even better than your photos.
