Family-friendly holiday rentals in Tathra

Great villa for a small family getaway. Beautiful lookout over the wharf and the bay. Very easy to get to, clear communication from the Host, and not too far from the Main Street/amenities.

Host was great to deal with and was very responsive and helpful when we were upfront and honest. Great stay awesome location had a big group of people which had a ball all weekend in the facilities.

Tracey’s place was absolutely stunning!! Exactly as described in the listing and photos - above and beyond what we expected. A peaceful location with a serene outlook and only a short walk to the beach. Tracey was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating at all time - I would happily stay there again!!!

House was nice and clean on arrival. Lisa was very helpful with checking in. A small issue with dirty dishes on arrival which was dealt with by Lisa. Walking distance to town. Great place to begin your holiday. Will be back.

Great location, fantastic water views, within walking distance of beach, lake , boardwalk and coffee shops. Excellent, hassle free accommodation for families to enjoy.

Phil was a friendly and obliging host. The unit was perfect for our needs, and it was bigger than it seemed from the photos. From the front of the unit, there are views over the north of the beach and the neighbours' front lawns were full of kangaroos at night. I would very happily rent the unit again on a future visit to Tathra.

Thanks Ian for a great stay! We loved the location - only a few minutes away from everything but in a nice quiet area of town. Loved that we were able to bring our dog along too. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and it felt so homely. Thanks again for a wonderful stay - would definitely recommend!

Kallaroo was such a delight! The surroundings are breathtaking and the cottage stunning and full of everything you could need. We loved exploring the property, walking to various places that Bea suggested to us. The Hot Tub was a big highlight, as was the tyre swing and hammock for our two young girls. We enjoyed dinner by the fire, toasting marshmallows and watching the stars. Bea’s communication and care for guests is 10/10. Such a beautiful family who take such care of the cottage, the property and their guests. Thank you!

We enjoyed a great stay at Katie's unit. A retro style unit that was precisely as described. We appreciated the willingness of Katie to allow us to bring along our small dog. We really appreciated Katie's willingness to be available if we had any queries.

Stefan’s house is a fantastic property and he is a fantastic host. Love the old beach vibes decor, close to the beach, the backyard is a perfect spot for relaxing with kids. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Scott's place was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Very cozy, quiet and peaceful, with a stunning night sky. The location was very good as it was a 15 minute drive to Merimbula and ideal for trips to Eden and Pambula. Scott was very helpful - for example, when we didn't have hot water, he worked for hours to get it fixed for us and we appreciated it a lot. We also loved playing with Francis the dog!! Would highly recommend this place.

Gracious hosts who provided us with perfect accommodation and were very responsive. This clean, spacious, well equipped property is located strategically off the princess highway for exploring Tilba, Beautiful Narooma and Mystery Bay. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. After some hunting around we found great beaches, food and everything you would need. Very comfortable house thanks. Liked beaches, food nearby and in Merimbula. Plenty to do.

Again! Absolutely amazing! I love everything about this cabin — it was cozy, peaceful, and had everything I needed for the perfect getaway. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the attention to detail really made it feel special. I can’t wait to be back again!

Our stay was fantastic, Luke was very helpful, the cabin was cosy. We saw a bunch of kangaroos right outside our door one evening and the Wonboyn beach in general was stunning.

Probably the best location possible between the ocean and the lake. Home facilities including the pool, barbie and everything you need, coupled with an amazing location for an easy walk to the beach and wharf. Ok it’s not 5 star in terms of brand new furniture, bathrooms and kitchen, but it is comfortable enough for an easy-going family holiday where you can easy wind down at home or outdoors. Peter was easy to reach, but we didn’t need a thing for the whole stay. We had a great time and would recommend for families with children. Thanks again Peter!

The accommodation was lovely and perfect for our overnight stay. We didn’t get the chance to explore the site as we were only on a short overnight stay during a road trip. However, the site looked lovely and clean and tidy

The place was very clean and tidy. We were very impressed with what was supplied. We will definitely be going back next year. This is the second time we have stayed at this place and loved it. We love Tuross Head.

Beautiful peaceful property on the edge of town with lots of outdoor space. Our kids loved the pool, cubby and fire pit! Beautiful beach just down the bush track. And the house is very well set up.

Colleen's place is great for families with dogs. Big TV, good internet, hot shower, and a brisk 8 minute walk to the beach, it was exactly what we wanted! And unlike some other listings, the house is *actually* dog friendly - if your dogs love sitting on the couch (like ours do), Colleen was perfectly happy to let us cover the couch with a couple spare sheets (which we brought ourselves). The only thing missing was a pantry - but we probably cook more than most visitors. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful family home located in a quiet, hilly part of town, with fantastic views from some bedrooms. Pool was very clean and welcoming for the kids. Perfect for our getaway. Also appreciated the well equipped kitchen for all our self catering needs.

Great place, great serenity, opportunity to feed the animals with Scott - the kids loved it pigs, sheep, cows, peacock, ducks etc kids loved the monkey bars had no concerns Melissa and Scott responsive didn’t need anything additional everything we needed was there highly recommend for a quiet family get away. Close to do day trips around and explore, fish, swim etc there were DVDs in the house which was a bonus old classics that we enjoyed watching as a family Willy wonka and the chocolate factory the house is a golden ticket. Enjoy!
