Cassia and Alexandre were very kind, even offering us late checkout. The apartment has everything you need. Tucuns Beach is 10 minutes away walking.

Location near a restaurant(400 meters), pharmacy and bakery(500 meters), supermarket and hortifruti(600 meters). All with great quality and price. 400 meters from the beach. No play has a very good pool table and a table tennis table

We spend delicious days.The apartment and very beautiful, could just put a curtain to block the sun in a room(it has a bed sofa), so it is more comfortable as a room. The apartment is all decorated, very tidy, only an air of one of the rooms spoiled (they provided assistance because you broke a piece you couldn't fix it)/You can't use the condominium gym (we think it's bad).The condominium very neat, everything clean, all the employees a kindness, we like it very much. Priscila always helpful and considerate. We really appreciate it.

It is even difficult to find words to describe our experience in the Beth residence. Since the beginning of the negotiations, Beth was super helpful, answered all our doubts, gave excellent restaurant and tour tips. We arrived and were welcomed by Olivia, who has been working with Beth for years, with a delicious breakfast waiting for us. The residence was spotless The apartment is very spacious, very airy and well located. The decoration delighted us. We were delighted. It exceeded all our expectations. excellent option in buzios. Ideal location. You can walk to the main beaches and downtown. Car rental, bugy, combis stop and bus on the corner. Full of places to eat in the surroundings. I recommend it. The villa is distributed on two floors, it is modern, clean and with everything you need for an excellent stay.

we already knew the accommodation and the area , the only thing is that we who are family of cooking were missing utensils,bowls, bisps, bigger asaderas for the oven , grating and when cutting the light we realized that we could not start ovens or oven because they have electric ignition, we did not have phosphoros or "magiclick" , missing air in the living room , after photos as is , comfortable , pleasant , family place, everything is so nice that is our second time , we use piletas , gym , it eats very well in the condominium and very good price. regina answered us quickly and she showed herself predisposed

The stay was very good. The imovel is just as described, well equipped and clean. The condo is very nice and extremely pleasant with lots of leisure options.

We had a week with my friends and the truth is a luxury! Max of the best guests I've ever had, always attentive, nos brindo even recommendations of restaurants and places. The house upon arrival very clean and tidy, I even welcomed us with some complimentary beers with ice! The super equipped kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms also and very comfortable. The view from the gallery and the pool felt like not going to the beach! We will definitely be back!

The house has a lot of comfort in the common spaces, the pool is amazing. It has washing machine that does not detail and is really very useful in the stays. Silvia, who is the one who welcomed us and assisted us in cleaning, is a ten!

The house is exactly as described (and honestly the photos don't even account for the beauty of the place!). Ideal house for a good family holiday. Chef Eraldo is super nice, the food prepared was always great (we also did restaurants nearby, and chef Eraldo's food was always better!). The house is cleaned every day thoroughly, the rooms are made like a hotel. I highly recommend staying in this place, maximum relaxation guaranteed!

We were in a hotel in the center of Cabo, decided to extend the days and chose the AP of Paulo. At first we were afraid to leave a hotel and go to an AP, to our surprise the place is extremely pleasant, not losing anything to the hotel. The village has exceeded our expectations so much that we have extended a little more haha!!! Clean place, all very well organized and the structure of the condominium is without words. Our trip was perfect and we closed with a gold key. Surely we'll be back soon! Thanks Paulo for all proactivity, even from afar showed himself helpful all the time, always responding quickly. I suggest being by car who wants to keep doing knocks and back to the beaches and center of the camp. The city is not so in the center of the city, more by car is super fast. Or another suggestion is to even leave the Condominium because the structure is super complete.

My experience was amazing! The Apartment is impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the location is excellent! All exactly like in the pictures. The AP has everything you'll need for your stay. The amphitryons are very solicitous, there is a book indicating the beaches and places to visit, you can go to the big beach and there are also good restaurants with a very brief walk. Loved it!

We love our stay on the premises, as in addition to the apartment reflecting the photos, the host was extremely agile and requested in the information and interactions! The condominium's location is also great for enjoying the beach and also the city.

Great stay, local as in the photos. We were made to feel very welcome. We love each day in this beautiful place, my mother and my mother-in-law loved it, the children snapped. We went and 7 people and we were very comfortable, there are extra mattresses. The very well equipped kitchen with household appliances and appliances. It has a filter already with chilled and natural water that I found a differential. Just a tip, a little peace of on-site garbage. Pq whenever we arrived from the Beach even more with children there was always a lot of sand together, for if very thin sand. And we always swept the house, but when it comes time to take the sand, we take it out with paper. But it wasn't any kind of hindrance or discomfort

The apto is excellent, well-equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi works very well. The condominio has the very good infrastructure. As for the location I found it unfeasible for our family, as it is 20 minutes away from the center of Arraial, for those who do not need to go to the center very often it is worth it.
