Tears was the highlight of our stay here. We had minimal issues but she addressed them promptly and took accountability of these issues. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Quiet location. Friendly laundry shop next door. Good security. Condo has a big shower with reliable hot water. Bed is comfortable and a/c works well. Internet is excellent. Sufficient kitchen for long stays. Big water containers delivered to your door gor just 35 pesos. Trikes available outside. Your host is responsive and accommodating. I had a great stay in this clean, quiet and secure condo and you will too.

The room is good and wide enough for family. The owner is responsible they can provide enything you need in their unit.

I recommend it. I stayed very comfortably. The owner of the accommodation was in an inconvenience, so they took care of me right away, and the feedback was very fast. I'll book again next time.

We booked Merlyn's place to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for some quality family time! The place is super private, with a huge outdoor space where we could just relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, the ACs were ice-cold and having an outdoor kitchen plus three restrooms made everything really convenient. The pool was just the right size for our group (we were 9), and we had such a great time unwinding there. Merlyn was also very responsive and even left us a small token at the end of our stay—such a nice touch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway.

The place was awesome esp its amenities including pool, pickleball/badminton court. I commend the caretaker and her husband, they were very nice and attended to our needs. Swimming pool was cleaned every morning! For a big place, they are really doing an excellent job maintaining the property.

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

The location is great and close to the shopping malls. Responsive host. Recommendable to others and surely comeback to this place.

Booked Michael’s place the same day we had to check in. He was so helpful, and so responsive which made the booking very easy for me. The place looked exactly as the photos from the listing. It’s very accessible to different restaurants/cafes too. There’s a convenience store in walking distance also. Other amenities like the pool looked inviting form the balcony. We were not able to try as we only stayed for a short time, which makes me want to go back and stay at Michael’s place again.

We stayed here for my daughter's prom. Excellent location, walking distance to Hilton. Ample parking space. The property was as described and shown in the pictures. Very efficient Korean-style unit. The host was very friendly and responsive. We also requested for late checkout and the host was gracious enough to allow us to check out by 12nn instead of 11am.
