A beautiful place in a perfect location. The view was spectacular. The place was clean and tidy. Both the wife and daughter felt safe and secure and loved the location. There are so many great that restaurants and activities literally within walking distance. a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay in or around Salalah.

Adam place located in Hawana resort and its one of the best in salalah ❤️ Adam is very responsive and he makes sure that everything available for us highlt recommended to book his place (pool view) and walking distance to the beach ⛱️

We stayed with our family at this lovely house in the hawana resort. It was just great and lookes exactly like on the picture. Taufiq was also very friendly and reacted fast to our requests. We would stay here again.

Great stay! We stayed at the place for 5 days and felt super comfortable. The accommodation was exactly as described and very tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail. The outdoor area with the pool is also very nice and in the morning the sun rises there - if the day starts there with a coffee, then nothing better can happen to you. There was really nothing missing. The location is also unbeatable - in 3 minutes you can walk to the beautiful beach. We would have liked to have stayed longer & highly recommend Uta's place!

Nice place for a family, each bedroom has a bathroom so no waiting time at all. Owner is very kind and was flexible with check in and checkout timings. Located in salalah city, so equal distance to east and west tourist spots.

Amazing place to stay with water canal view. Peaceful and calm place

We rented for two weeks. This is a new and well equipped townhouse. I rated the location in the village by 5 points. Re is so far from the ocean and pool and far enough away to not hear the noise and activity from the walking area. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and utensils, everything is in good condition , household appliances are new and work perfectly. Bed linen is perfectly clean and good quality, beds and pillows are comfortable. The host was always available. Great place to stay. Thanks so much.
