Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Taos

It was an impressive house and fascinating to learn about earthships. The views were awesome and exactly what we wanted. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed, very well maintained. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Dan

I can't recommend Vivien's place highly enough! It is in a very peaceful neighborhood, just north of Taos town...the views of the mountains are spectacular. Watching the bountiful nature outside the huge front window, while drinking our morning coffee was a perfect way to star the day. The location was perfect for us...only a 25 minute drive to Taos ski valley, and about 10 minutes to town. There was no shortage of good restaurants within a short drive. I especially recommend Medley, just at the end of the street. Vivien was an amazing host. She was super responsive, always with great recommendations. The grounds are so charming and unique, such a feast for the eyes. Do yourself a favor, and stay at Vivien's!

If you are looking for a quiet, serene and beautiful place to unwind, this is it. Very spacious and comfortable inside with great star gazing--either outside or through the many windows. The scenery is incredible and lots of space to go for hikes on the property. Marion was a great host and easy to communicate with...would definitely stay again.

Dogs loved it! And Michael was very helpful with great advice (such as best place to go skying based on what we were looking for), very comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen, great overall stay! Looking forward to going back!

Michelle’s place is perfect for your Taos landing. Walking to the village. Short drive to skiing, Comfortable and well provisioned. She’s very responsive too. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Cabin!! Had everything we needed and was less than 10 mins to the Ski Resort. Had dinner at the country club one of the nights and it was wonderful. Highly Recommend!

the Rock Art Retreat was absolutely gorgeous! Very peaceful and relaxing tucked away in the foothills, while having great access to downtown Taos and the Ski Valley

The house is located on a peaceful road (watch out for those potholes!) right off the main highway through town. Spacious and nicely laid out, it offered plenty of space for our family of four and our two dogs. The hot tub and fenced backyard were especially wonderful. The furnishings were well loved but comfortable. Ross’s instructions were clear and helpful, and he was very kind and communicative through our stay. We would stay again.

Cozy and beautiful stay!

We had an amazing time..! Home was nice and comfortable, there was lots to do, the kitchen was even stocked with things I had brought from home (lol) so I didn’t need them. The store was just down the hill and the ski lifts were not even 5 minutes away, but we had our privacy at the same time… oh and besides being able to interact with the deer we were able to use the sleds that were there and the Hot Tub..!!! So we will definitely be back..!! Plus had the most wonderful Host.!!! Erin was super nice and answered our questions quickly..!!! Truly a home away from home….

Beautiful condo in a complex with so many amenities - pool, tennis, many walking paths. The patio is HUGE, with comfy chairs, and the view of the mountains is gorgeous; we spent every morning and evening sitting there. Less than a 10 minute drive into the heart of Taos. Perfect!

This is an absolutely adorable condo. It has all the flavor of New Mexico and the fireplace/heater was so welcoming every time I walked in the door. All the comforts were included - a great bed, comfy chairs to relax in and everything one could possibly want in the kitchen. The location is so perfect for access to hiking or skiiing or heading to the plaza. I would definitely pick Jeana's place again for my next visit to Taos.

Claudia’s place was a dream!!! We had been so stressed with holidays and crazy work schedules that we scheduled a trip as a mini couples retreat to just relax and reconnect. It was absolutely perfect. The perfect studio/ suite size for two. And beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and all the cooking utensils you need. We made all our meals together there. The neighborhood is amazing and everyone was super friendly. Right between Taos town and Taos Ski Valley, it was the perfect location for us! And we got to bring our pup which made the whole visit even better. Thank you Claudia!! Also for the winter, make sure to check the hot tub hours- it was 12pm-8pm while we were there and we missed the window

As an Airbnb host myself, I truly appreciate when a host goes the extra mile, and Stacy is one of those exceptional hosts who puts so much thought and care into her property. From the start, check-in was seamless with clear instructions, and her communication was excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved how well-stocked the house was—her attention to detail was evident in everything from the kitchen gadgets to the serving dishes, which made cooking several meals a breeze (a rarity in many Airbnbs!). The open floor plan was perfect for our group of 10, allowing us to spend time together without ever feeling cramped. The location was ideal, just a short drive to both the mountain and the town of Taos, and the views from the home were absolutely beautiful. Stacy truly goes above and beyond to make her guests' stay as special as possible, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is fun! There is plenty of communal space and smaller spots for quiet time. The porch was my favorite. Even though it was winter, we bundled up so we could sit on the 2nd floor wrap around porch and enjoy the fresh air and sound of the wind in the trees. This is a very peaceful spot. We would stay here again if we return to Angel Fire.

Tom’s place was even better than I thought it would be. He did a great job of communication and we had a wonderful, easy stay.

Wonderful and quiet location-perfect for ski trip and relaxing weekend. Host was extremely responsive and friendly ensuring his location was exactly as described. Everything was thought about in the house-from coffee to Amenities and the most comfortable of beds. The locations was quick 5 mins to the ski area and close to shops and the town restaurants. Love the no pet fee and we Felt right at home. Cannot wait to be back!

Had a great stay and will be back! The only thing to note is that the home is right off the road so there is some road noise.

Can't say enough good things about this home. Came down from Colorado by myself to clear my head and work through some difficult life events, and this was the perfect place to do that. The hot tub is amazing with wide open starry skies, the fire pit was just what I needed for the freezing nights, and the home was private and separate from nearby homes. Kitchen is well stocked, I read some of the books in the bedroom and admired the beautiful art in the home. There is a washer and dryer, which helps greatly if you're here to ski. Taos Ski Valley is only 30 mins away, and Taos and groceries are about 10 mins out. The beds are very comfy. Keep in mind that this style of home has superb insulation... in New Mexico, you'll want to crack the windows in the morning to prevent the home getting too warm and close them at night to lock in the heat overnight. Baseboard heating was very cozy but has inertia and takes time to adjust so be proactive with windows!

Sarita was an amazing host who welcomed us with a delicious banana bread. La Casita is very near to some amazing hikes, a well stocked cooperative, and several wineries. This is a relaxing lovely house that had everything we needed and more.

I had a lovely stay! The space was super cute, larger than I imagined, and very clean. It had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Kelly reached out to be sure I was warm enough since it had been freezing temperatures outside. She provided more wood for the wood burning stove and that made all the difference. She is a very attentive host. I appreciated all the options on sheets, blankets, and kitchen linens. The place was also only a half mile from the hot springs resort which made it super convenient. The only advice for other guests is to be sure you come with all the food and supplies you need as there isn’t a grocery or general store in the tiny town. Thankfully I was prepared.

We had an amazing stay for our Taos ski vacation. The place was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable and we felt right at home. The hot tub was perfection after a long day of skiing and the views around the house were stunning especially the star gazing. Definitely will come back next time we’re at Taos!! Thank you!!!

As a solo traveler w a dog, this place is perfect. This place had everything I needed for a 4-night stay. I was able to catch the sunset and sunrise through the property and able to let my dog roam the backyard without me being present (which I truly appreciate since it was freezing). But the true star of the show was the bed - big & cozy with the view of the mountains. I was lucky to have found this spot available and hope to come again.
