Nice villa, but there are nuances. It is important to consider the location. First, we read in advance that this is not a very party place and we were ready for this, but we expected that there would be beaches and more or less clean sea. In fact, the beaches were a little far away, and the beaches themselves are dirty, if not for the rented car, it would be difficult to go swimming. By car we went to the military beaches, it's good, clean water and white sand. Secondly, life in the village freezes at 8-9 pm: the markets turn, cafes and massage parlors too, there is only a 24-hour 7 eleven. What I would like to note from the pros: 1) The villa is large and comfortable 2) Availability of billiards, football and golf 3) The pool is beautiful, but there was a lot of bleach, sometimes it didn't have time to dissolve and the powder was visible at the bottom 4) Electric car - highlight of the villa 5) Possibility to rent a car 6) Super convenient instructions for appliances Among the disadvantages - in some places, the villa is tired and requires updating. Overall the rest was great!

A beautiful appartment with a beautiful view both from the balcony and the from the pools and lounges we got access to. The place was fully stocked and clean, pretty much like a hotel. the host was very helpful and reposive. A great experience overall.

Pleasant accommodation and identical to the photos in a secure residence. Everything was clean with a good living space. Good WiFi, fridge and kettle, good air conditioning. Tanya is a person with good communication. Direct Beach Access Just one thing to report the whole residence is non-smoking even on the balcony. a very small space is reserved for smokers in the parking lot. Not very convenient for smokers. I would recommend this place if you don't smoke.

I had a pleasant two-week stay in this well-appointed apartment, which featured a range of amenities including televisions with Netflix, a comfortable bed, an efficient washing machine good refrigirator, and robust security measures such as keycard access for the elevators and security personnel at the gate. The location was convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from Beach Road.

Nuo was great. We arrived an hour earlier than planned, no problem, Nuo was there in 10mins to give us the keys and show us in. The TV was broken, no problem, Nuo went out and bought and installed a new one within a couple of hours. Great host, thank you Nuo.

I've stayed in RaNee's condos previously, so I knew to expect a clean, comfortable and well maintained room. All her rooms that I've stayed in were very good. She is a very good host.

Very conveniently located. Friendly and clear communication. There is a loud bar bellow the balcony that makes it pretty hard to sleep if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. Otherwise everything else was great!
