Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tangerang

The flat at Empire Tower, beside Lippo Mall in Kemang, was spacious, with great view and well furnished. May be the kitchen would have needed more cooking stuff, but all in all very confortable, with washer and dryer, it is ideal for longer stay also with family, since it has 3 bedrooms and one balcony.

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Hendra’s place is great! What we really love is that it’s spacious, unlike most apartments at Jakarta. We stayed at new year’s eve and got to see fireworks from the balcony

What a great find! Hendro’s place was the perfect place to stay in Jakarta - terrific location (connected to/walkable to 3 major malls), spotlessly clean (it felt like we were staying in a hotel rather than someone’s home), awesome pool. We were also staying over New Years and were pleasantly surprised with the free fireworks display! Will 100% be staying here again next time :)

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the space comfortable. Overall our stay was pleasant and worthy. Indrie’s place was so huge and nice. The checkin process was 👏🏼, Indrie’s staff helped us with the checkin process. Indrie is also communicable. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean. She also provided us with towels and toiletries. We enjoy having a nice time in the pool and there’s also a nice rooftop! The sunset view was also 👏🏼😌 However, here are some things that couldve been improved: 1. At one point the living room was too hot because there’s no AC (there are 2 ceiling fans + we opened the door but still.. it was so hot and kinda stuffy…) 2. At 4am the electricity went out, turns out it was power outrage. I checked to Indrie’s staff >> the other staff that usually buys the electricity couldnt be woken up > we have to wait for 2 hours without electricity (no AC huhu hot)😅.Probably next time it would be better to check the electricity meter first😅 Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying here ag

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

The room is very nice! According to the photos, it's clean, the kitchen equipment is complete, the furniture is good, there are gallons too. The view from the room is very beautiful🫶🏼🤩, overlooking the bayan&treasury tower building. The apartment lobby is next to one of the mall entrances, the place is very strategic. Will stay here again🫶🏼

Lusi is very communicative and responds quickly. I was impressed with the apartment space and the private elevator access was a breeze. It’s also connected to a mall which made it easy to find dinner on a time crunch. Highly recommend!
