Holiday houses in Tân Phú

I like Thuc's place. Clean, convenient, good location for us. Pro: Apartment on the ground with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom down stair was convinience for my mom with wheelchair. Clean and has good airflow, no mosquitoes when we stayed. Location was close to District 5 and places I want to go. Safe with the security in the front and friendly community. Pool onsite was great for kids. Convenient stores, restaurants, sport places...close by. Con: My most concern was the glass extension cover above our head in front of the front door was cracked. They covered it with plastic and big umbrella while waiting to be fixed, which made me feel safer. But suggest the building to use different kind of material, like tempered glass or something. I'm sure they figure it out a better solution... In general, it's a good airbnb and I would recommend. Thanks for hosting.

The host is very friendly and helpful. He even secured an extra key card for my gf to use. The price is much better than other places in Emerald and celadon park. I would stay again for sure!

This was a great location for us with local family near by. Celedon city is not typical Saigon, it is quiet with wide walking footpaths and gardens. There’s a lovely atmosphere in the evenings with kids playing and lots of badminton. Location to Aeon is handy and the restaurant downstairs was convenient and tasty ( although not cheap by Saigon standards). If you’re familiar with the area I’d highly recommend this place. If you’re planning to go to district 1 often I’d consider somewhere else as it’s a pretty hectic 40min ride on the scooter.
