Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Tan Dinh

Isn't this a real trip to rest in an old-fashioned house in Ho Chi Minh District 1? I had a really good rest.

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Very clean. Peaceful neighborhood (not crowded). Lots of convenience stores, nice restaurants and cafes and atm machines/banks around. Very good coffee downstairs. Very polite host. Great value for money.

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

Thao's place is perfect for a shorter or longer term stay in HCMC. It's close to everything in D1 yet tucked away far enough in a very clean and safe ally that you have very little noise........in our eyes this is perfection. The apartment is well kitted, bed comfy, AC cold, and shower warm. We didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of all of the extras Thao offers but when we come back to HCMC, we will be staying here again. Thao is extremely responsive and helpful.......one of the best hosts we've had the pleasure of staying with.

Clean place in the center of the city. It is located in an alley, so it is quiet. We arrived before check-in and the host was happy to store our luggage as a group traveler. Very close to all tourist attractions in the center of District 1. There is a very famous Banseo house nearby. I recommend this place.

This is the perfect Airbnb in district 7 with a great pool and exercise complex. Thao is a very proactive host who was quick to respond to any questions I had. I loved the location on the quiet side of the building with a beautiful view. I would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking spacious accomodation in a smart area with lots of shops, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, cafes, a gourmet grocery store etc. within easy walking distance.

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

Me and my friend we stayed for 12 days, during that time this apartment felt like our home. Everything was same as described and as photos. The area is so peaceful and beautiful. Great view and we were chilling all the time at the balcony. We had couple of times scheduled cleaning. Helpful and friendly hosts.🥰

Beautiful and quiet street made it the best place to escape the buzz of HCMC at the end of a busy day. Felt very safe and the neighbors were lovely. House had everything we needed and had a good vibe. Washing machine was super helpful too. Food left in the fridge was a bit unusual but it didn't bother us too much. Shower water pressure is quite low and the shower head is set low so might not be suitable for tall people. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic home-style stay in Saigon.

Loved our stay. Being on a long-term trip, it felt like home. We arrived very late at night but our host was there. The accommodation has a fridge (beer and water), blackout curtain and air conditioning. first floor with elevator if needed. washing machine available. We visited the city on foot. Don't hesitate!

Very nice location close to shops and restaurants in the city center. Rooms are clean and very quiet.
