Isn't this a real trip to rest in an old-fashioned house in Ho Chi Minh District 1? I had a really good rest.

Even better than expected, the house is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood right next to a coffee shop. Everything we needed or wanted was a quick walk or right in the neighborhood! Plenty of filtered water and nice and cool A/C :) Great instructions for check-in and quick communication!

Super spacious and very aesthetically curated space! Conveniently located above an equally aesthetic cafe where you get coupons for drinks too. The AC here is a lifesaver (and maybe it's something about the set up of the room but sometimes it can even get too cold! A great problem to have as this was the only place throughout Vietnam where we found ourselves turning up the temp instead of wishing it could go down more). Can get a little noisy during the day if the cafe is busy since the window faces the courtyard where there's outdoor seating, but that is to be expected. Also, be aware that the spiral staircase going up is as narrow as it looks in photos! A bit of a struggle bringing larger-sized suitcases up, but it can be done. Overall an amazing stay with responsive hosts.

I chose this place even if the location is a little far from Koreatown in Group 7 with good reviews. The host responded very quickly, and it was clean because the cleaner was almost there. The surrounding environment is also good. In particular, there is a small local market nearby and it is close to Lotte Mart. The house is a little old, but there weren't any bugs, so it was okay. For the price, I was more satisfied than the apartment for the whole family. I recommend it.

The apartment is convenient, spacious and very clean. We had a great time here . Happy host and enthusiastic guide. We will definitely be back on a near date.

The time in the apartment was just great from start to finish. We had an uncomplicated check-in & at check-out we were even allowed to use the common area even longer, as we didn't leave until later. We even met Austin briefly and it was very nice to chat. It has everything you need & the furnishings are very stylish.

Friendly check-in and staff were friendly. The host is also responsive. The only regret is that the dishes were not set, so I couldn't cook simple dishes. Recommended for those who only stay without cooking.

Fantastic room. What is see is what you get as pictures full match the reality. The room itself is very spacious, and fairly quiet. Great working desk and stable Wifi are provided thus if you plan to work then this is the room for you. Lots of restaurants around. Airport is near, so is the center. The room does not have a kitchen, but the shared kitchen is located in the ground floor if you need it. Overall, finding a weak spot of this room is a significant challenge. Excellent value for money!

This apartment served us well for our brief stay. Notably the air conditioning, washing machine, and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms were perfect for us. The host was very nice when we met him at check-in. The few toys were also a hit for our kids. Our only concern was the 2 security cameras inside the apartment but we were told they were turned off.

Great location with many shops around, very close to airport, free swimming pool is a bonus for kid. This is why i keep coming back to the botanica. Host also very responsive and quick to communicate.

It was close to Lotte Mart, and it was good to take a taxi to Group 1. It was good value for money, and I was able to watch Netflix for free. I stayed in a good accommodation. Thank you.
