Swona

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful view of the beach and surrounding area. We got lucky and saw the northern lights! The place was super cozy. Loved the extra effort the hosts put in to make sure we had everything we needed, which included a dog bed, doggy treats and board games. The Christmas tree and bottle of Prosecco were a much appreciated bonus. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

West Lodge, Balblair Estate, Highland

SamuelRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This is a fantastic property. The wood fired hot tub and log burner were ace, and great ways to beat the winter cold. The kitchen/bathroom was clean and contemporary. The bedrooms were cosy. Communication with the host was top notch, Matthew even helped me find a missing Amazon parcel. The place was easy to find, and had detailed literature on the local amenities as well as how to use the facilities. Would definitely stay again.

We noticed that the bathroom doors don't close very well and that from the outside the doorknob on the right is loose and you cannot pull on it! And sadly the jacuzzi/bathtub wasn't hooked up... And furthter was the stay amazing, super beautiful location and we loved it!

NC500 Cosy Cottage in the Highlands

NickyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Had a warm and cosy stay at the cottage, which was lovely and clean, and in a stunning area. Plenty of parking space. Plenty of wood given to last the week. Neighbours friendly. We were worried about the road being so close once we got there, but with the cottage being low in the hillside, the sound of the road traffic went over the roof, so it was nice and peaceful. A really lovely village and highly recommend the tearoom at Elphin for food and drinks. We even got to see the northern lights and lots of shooting stars! A great stay!

Traditional Scottish Get Away - Pet Friendly

AlmaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
A beautiful cottage with incredibly comfy beds, plenty of towels and a fab shower. Some lovely bits of furniture and decor and nice touches; a welcome message, wildflowers, some toiletries, tea & coffee- all very much appreciated! The horses came every day for a treat and the garden gets some great sun and we spent time there having an evening drink, listening to birds. This is a great base to be exploring Moray with some gorgeous forests walks and beaches nearby. The surrounding countryside is just beautiful. Bea was a great host, very friendly and warm, responding to my messages promptly. You need caution coming in and out of the gate as some traffic can speed by and the bushes impede sight. Overall we had an amazing stay here.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

CraigRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Stunning! What a fantastically put together quaint lodge. Every single detail had be thought of, from the welcome basket to the doggy essentials. We felt very at home and cosy - the log burner was the cherry on the cake. Caroline, your thoughts into the furnishings and decor is second to none - i adored the tartan touches. We can't wait to visit again!

Nanas Cottage - Brand new luxury 1 bedroom Cottage

LauraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The cottage was beautiful and spotlessly clean. David and Louise had thought of everything and Findhorn was a lovely base to explore this amazing part of Scotland. We would recommend the circular walk from Logie Steading (Divie Dunphail Castle and Randolph's Leap) and the Nairn River and Nairn West Links walk. Duffus Castle and Hopeman Beach were also great. The veggie haggis morning rolls from The Bakehouse round the corner were another level! Thank you for a restorative stay in this little haven.

BERRISCUE HOUSE - ENTIRE COTTAGE - THURSO

KatieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Andy is an incredible host. The cottage was absolutely beautiful. we thoroughly enjoyed spending Xmas here visiting my partners mum and visiting the beautiful sceneries and places. Very comfortable, warm, size was perfect for 2 of us. Didn't hear any traffic or other people. We were taken back with a Xmas tree and presents for us, which were just wonderful and totally unexpected. We would love to return back here and we will highly recommend this beautiful cottage to others. Andy deserves more than a 5 star 🌟 for his hosting and how beautifully presented the place is. Thank you so much for making it so homely for us. x

Coulview Cottage

This is a gorgeous cottage with so many good points - outside space is stunning and there is a lovely walk down to the beach. The cottage is well resourced and relaxing. Everything you need to prepare food is easy to locate and its very clean and tidy. I found the cottage fresh and modern and it felt like a home. The bathroom was lush and the wee corner ensuite toilet and basin were cute and handy for my mum. Loved it all.

Perfect cottage in a beautiful location. Deer literally outside on the lane, usually at 8am!...view from the twin bedroom window! beautiful to watch. Good enclosed large garden. Cottage is well loved and much care and attention to detail inside shows this. Hosts are very responsive and friendly to communicate with. They care about their guests. I would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation to anyone.

Ingle Cottage - A secluded garden next to the sea

KaraRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We cannot praise Mellissa’s attention to detail or the beautiful cottage highly enough…!! The pictures do not do the cottage justice. The cottage is in the centre of the village and perfect for long walks along the beach and for walking to the pub! The cottage was immaculate and Melissa had thought of all the little things to make it seem like a home from home, complete with a welcome basket, tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk in the fridge! The rooms were all spacious and cosy with extra blankets and throws, although this was not needed despite the subzero temperatures we were so toasty in the cottage! We will absolutely be returning as the holiday was so relaxing and the cottage perfect for us! Thanks again, Kara & Graeme
