What A View! A Little Slice of Heaven.

Ready to get away from it all? This home is located in a cove, private and safe for swimming yet just a short boat ride to the main channel and all the action. The large deck provides a gorgeous, relaxing view. Sit under the gazebo and enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the fish jump. A wonderful place for family and friends to get together and make memories. The private boat slip will fit your boat and all the toys. There is a gas and a charcoal grill for those lake cookouts. The house is fully furnished, including washer, dryer, 2 flat screen TVs with cable and internet.(located in LR and MBR. Bed linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with all essential appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils to make your perfect meals. The living area with wood burning fireplace overlooks the lake. The master bedroom with a lake view has a queen size bed. Master bath has a shower stall as well as a large soaking tub and double sinks. The second and third bedrooms also have a lake view and queen size beds. The fourth bedroom is a full bed. Just twenty minutes to Alexander City, forty minutes from Auburn, an hour from Montgomery, 2 hours from Birmingham. By water, it is a 10 minute boat ride to Chimney Rock and the Ridge Marina. 15 minutes to Chuck's Marina and 20 minutes to Kowaliga.

Located on the Montgomery Side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.
