House holiday rentals in Talence

We were able to take advantage of the villa to gather with a group of friends. It is extremely pleasant to live in, and very well-equipped. The large terrace was really a plus, even in November, and the 5 double bedrooms all very comfortable. The house is located in a residential area close to public transport, allowing to be close to the city and train station, while having the comforts of a large accommodation. I stayed at Alban's place for professional reasons, accompanied by my family, and our stay was most pleasant. Alban and his family are very discreet. Without a doubt, I'd be happy to come back!

Virginie's place is beautiful and comfortable, quiet and private. She is a collector of beautiful things and it was a pleasure to be surrounded by them. The beds are comfortable and the linens high quality. On arrival Virginie greeted us with a bottle of wine and things to enjoy it with plus items we would have had to get for breakfast...coffee, milk, eggs, fruit etc. She couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. She had lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was available when we needed her and otherwise left us to enjoy the place on our own. Bordeaux is a beautiful city with lots to do. While the house is not in Bordeaux, the nearby trams and busses allow incredibly quick and easy access to everything Bordeaux. There is an express supermarket on your very short walk to the tram. Bigger Markets are walking distance. We loved this beautiful house and wished we could have stayed longer. We had a lovely stay at the house. It was very clean and well equipped. Set in a quiet and unoverlooked village. The pool and terrace was very nice. You have to take the car for amenities and activities but that didn't bother us (we can't have a house with a nice quiet exterior in the city center😉😉). However, there are forest paths that can be reached on foot 👣 or by bike 🚲 right next door. Finally, Andrea was throughout the exchanges, a very responsive and friendly host 🌸 We can only recommend to other guests ☺️☺️

this is not the first time, nor the last I hope to be able to enjoy this lovely place. go there ....without a second thought.

My friends and I had a lovely three night stay in Bordeaux. I can very much recommend the Airbnb it’s in a safe and quiet area and within walking distance to the centre of town. Absolutely beautiful city with lots of restaurants and cute squares to explore. Lucie was incredibly helpful throughout our trip and even allowed us to have a flexible check in and out which really meant a lot to us. Thank you!

Very good place: clean and comfortable. Flexible check-in but no checkout, which must be done before 11am. Ideal for 4, a little tight at 6.

A very pleasant and comfortable artistic haven, the house is bright and really warm for a stay with family. The environment is quiet but close ( 5 min walk) to quality shops and Bordeaux activity. No car needed. Thank you Isabelle for your kindness and availability. We had a great time.

Beautiful cottage and cocooning to celebrate Christmas with the family it was perfect A fireplace a large comfortable living room for aperitifs and board games The bedrooms are huge and many comfortable bathrooms ++++ We will return in summer to take advantage of the pool Thanks for this lovely stay

i had a lovely stay with my husband the host was attentive and proactive, the accommodation was clean and faithful to the images published and it allowed me to be fulfilled in my artistic project. The house is a wonder, a beautiful place especially in spring or summer as it has a very cool outdoor area. Our stay was in December and despite the low temperatures outside, in the house we were very hot. The interior is very cozy and very well equipped, you can tell that it is an inhabited and well-kept house. The area is very quiet. A highly recommended place. It's a pleasure to stay there.

We had a lovely weekend at Isabelle's who is very responsive and very friendly in the exchanges. The house is very nice, and suitable for 10 adults, without any problem. The 3 levels allow independence, and the living room is nice to meet. The house, old keeps its character, the bathrooms are very clean, the bedding is very comfortable (bed 120cm a little bit just for 2 adults maybe). The location is ideal for visiting Bordeaux, and I recommend the 2 bakery mentioned by Isabelle in the listing.

We stayed 7 people in Yann’s apartment. Yann greeted us at the train station and escorted us to his flat which made it completely stress and worry free for us to arrive. It is difficult to describe the apartment…….. perfect doesn’t do it :) Everything is extremely well organised and designed and we immediately fell in love with the place. It is out of the centre but it takes only few minutes with the tram and there are a few nice restaurants in walking distance. We where looking forward to dining out but we ended up cooking at home because the place felt so cozy . Stay here, you want regret it ;)

We had a pleasant stay in this villa very well located and furnished very clean well-equipped and secure ideal for families with the bathroom and the shower room the pool for the summer easy communication with Antoine the little hitch was the problem of the gate which did not open completely but we were informed possibility to park on the street I would recommend this villa for your stays in the area
