Independent 40m2 studio. Located in the garden, adjoining the main house. Close to the city center, 5 minutes from tram A (direct center) and bus 9 (direct from St Jean station). Local shops (bakeries, restaurants), 2 minutes from a McDonald's. Bright and very quiet because it doesn't overlook the street but a beautiful flowered garden! There is no kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fridge and a microwave. Toilets and linens provided.
