Close by there is whitewater rafting, mountain biking, boating, golfing, climbing, & fishing. 20 minutes to outstanding restaurants.

It has 2 rollaway beds that can be used in the huge living room. Outside is 20×40 in-ground pool, covered deck with a flat screen TV and a half bath, gazebo, full outdoor kitchen, pool table and a large natural gas fire-pit with lots of seating.
