In general Claudio's department complied with what was posted. It is a comfortable place, it has the Mall Plaza Trébol 5 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car from the Airport. So the place of the place is quite comfortable. I would definitely come back when I go back to Concepcion.

It is a good apartment for couples (we went with our 1-year-old daughter) with a good location, close to restaurants and a mini-market, steps away from Ecuador Park and the Concepción Mall. Ale is a good host, available to answer any questions. Nice view from the apartment, with heating and bathtub. We were able to enter the apartment earlier, as previously discussed with Ale. The kitchen is well-equipped, there was even a juicer.

The depto is super cute, it's nicer than the photos show! The hosts are very nice and attentive to any situation we could have. The place has all the amenities, it really lacks nothing! They even have lights and emergency lights in case of any light cuts. Totally recommended, 1000000/10

Wonderful apartment is even better than in the photos, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, within it you appreciate how equipped the kitchen is, large TV with streaming's and the balcony overlooking the Bío Bío River. The hostess is always attentive and very willing to consult, I would definitely come back.

This is a very good place to stay a few days in Conception, if you come to the city with a car. The apartment is located right near a huge speedway, but, surprisingly for us, it didn't prove to be an issue that prevented us from sleeping, and we are very light sleepers; mall is 10 minutes away; in general, we had great time in Conception

This is the place to go if you are visiting University of Concepcion. The apartments is very cozy, but also a place where you can discuss with your collaborators new ideas. The place is nearby a lot of small and nice restaurants. At a walkable distance from downtown, 8 blocks. On top of that, you get a beautiful view of Concepcion city's landscape.

We stayed in Luis's apartment in Concepción and the experience was excellent. The place is impeccable, very clean, tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, very close to the shoppings and with good access to different points of the city. Luis was very friendly and attentive at all times. We would definitely choose this apartment again on a next visit. Highly recommend!
