The accommodation is as shown in the photos, tidy and clean, the spectacular view! Camilo was very kind to answer our questions, I would definitely recommend it!

Perfect accommodation for those who are passing through the city, everything is very comfortable and with attractions close to the residence.

Everything is great, the apartment is very nice, the only thing I didn't like is that check-in was a few hours before you can be in the house and not 24 hrs before, but otherwise everything is fine ✌️

New and comfortable accommodation up to 3 people maximum, well located in the center of Concepción, the bathroom does not have bidet, the jacuzzi, gym, and work area is reserved for owners and permanent residents only, with key and prior permission, parking is paid separately

The place is the same as in the photos!! Centrally located and there is a supermarket very close too. Amazing communication, Catalina was always quick to respond. I would definitely go back!!

The apartment personally is very well located, near the terminal, supermarkets and green areas. I was impressed by how nice, well cared for, organized in the apartment, everything was very clean. The host, Mrs. Catherine is very friendly and responds quickly.

we travel from Argentina, the accommodation is very nice and very comfortable, it has everything you need. Parking and wifi, perfect. Excellent location for walking to tour. Luis and Verónica, they looked after us excellent. We will be back.

Excellent department, as published. Very central, allows shops and attractions on foot. It has public transport to the gate. Pamela is very attentive and friendly in communication. It responds very quickly to the requested requirements. The building's laundry is excellent, expeditious, self-service and inexpensive. The parking lot is narrow for trucks, but Pamela very attentive offered me another option where I could park without problems. It has a very nice urban view, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, the place is very central, Francisco was just a very nice spectacular person and made us have a super stay!

Great place, for two people! a few blocks from Mall Centro, Paris, Ripley, easy to go to the El Trebol Mall, Lenga, shops that close late. without a doubt, highly recommended and excellent value for money!!
