Luxury apartment at a great price, I paid $35 a night. The complex feels brand new and I love the dark theme throughout. Floor to ceiling windows makes the condo feel grand. Wish I could've stayed longer.

The place is very close to Karon beach, yet away from the hustle bustle of the beach. Had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and stay close to the beach. While we did not explore it - the walkway to the Big Buddha is right on this road, too!

Jeremy is an amazing host, this is my 2nd time in this accommodation and honestly speaking, am looking forward for my 3rd time. View is amazing, Apartment is spacious, clean and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—everything is nearby, making it very convenient. The apartment itself was great, clean, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool with a stunning view—absolutely breathtaking! Communication with the host was smooth, and everything went perfectly. Great cozy apartment, the place is very quiet and the view from the window is chic)) the apartment itself is quite simple, but you don't need anything else) we really liked it here, I would even return to the same complex) there is a small swimming pool overlooking the sea and the city) the only disadvantage is that you can only get to all the shops and cafes on the track, which is scary to walk, in general accommodation for those who have transport, but the problem was solved by delivery and we went to the beach only on weekends. The host warned about this, but we were still ready to choose this option. Also keep in mind that the description shows the wrong location point, in fact it is an apartment Kata ocean view. And they are much further away

An excellent few days at Nicolas’s apartment. We were able to check in early and it was super easy to gain access. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. We appreciated the bottled water and snacks. An easy walk to all that Surin has to offer.

The moment I opened the door, I was shocked, and the view of the ocean was unobstructed.Upstairs is the living room with unbeatable sea view, and downstairs is accommodation.Very satisfied and hope to come back again sometime.

The house it’s comfortable, clean and with a beautiful natural light. The crew was kind enough to rush out to clean the house so we could have an early check in and they even accommodate our belongings that were placed outside the house. The bay was beautiful, with serene waters and not very busy compared to similar places at this time of the year. This its a two floor building and our recommendation it’s to rent the 2nd floor if possible so you will avoid the busy area surrounding the house porch, there its a motorcycle parking, a hotel pool bar and a cafeteria right outside the property, other than that we really recommend this place for it’s closeness to the water, kind host and comfortable space.

I had a fantastic experience staying here . The view is incredible. quiet place 5 min from kamala beach . The owner was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

The accommodation is small but it really offers everything you need as a backpacker and the location is in my opinion one of the best in Phuket, as you can really relax here and reach many beautiful beaches by scooter in a short time. The bed was a little small for me and mine but still it was completely sufficient for 5 days. Highly recommended!

Great stay at a Thai-style deco loft. Restaurants and laundry place on the ground floor for 50 baht/kg. Nice base for heading right into the middle road of Patong. Maybe 10 minute walk to the party street but you can just as easily take a 50 baht motorbike. Dushyant is also great, fast responses, friendly and sent very clear instructions. Wouldn’t mind staying longer next time.

Clean, spacious apartment, great hotel grounds. Jackie, I did my best to make me and my family comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that at check-in Jackie made sure we had food in the refrigerators, even cookies for tea, very nice. The sea is located in 50 meters from the hotel, I was with a small child, it is convenient.
