The service was great and they responded very quickly. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. The wifi was working well.

This was an excellent stay for us. We got a room with an ocean view, which was pretty. The bed was comfortable and big! The restaurant downstairs has impressive coffee. The food was also good, which was very convenient. The margaritas were also great. We arrived before check-in time, but they let us in right after cleaning it. We walked down to the beach and the strip. Good location.

Very central and no need to rent a scooter or a car if you only want to explore the local area. The room itself was very clean and was clean daily and the staff were so friendly and sweet. The owner was incredibly responsive to any issues and dealt with them as quickly as he could. Some other reviews mentions the Internet being slow he installed new Wi-Fi for each floor so now it is very very quick and then I know no issues whatsoever. Had a really good stay and definitely would stay again.

Very nice hotel had everything we need

We enjoyed the peace and quiet, away from the main road which made for a relaxing stay. The cleaning crew did a great job. We walked to the beach most days and enjoyed the restaurants.

This was the last minute booking and no regrets. Thomas, and his team were very professional and welcoming. The best part about the listing is it's close proximity to Patong beach and Bangla road, only 1 min walk. The neighborhood is amazing and peaceful. Thomas runs his German restaurant on the ground floor and the vibe is super chill. Everything was amazing about this BnB. Safe and Secure. I will definitely visit again. Highly recommended 💯

Friendly host, nice and clean room and good location. The room is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to a very busy area. Wifi in the room is a bit weak.

Nice hotel, 3 minutes to the beach, there are many restaurants and shops nearby where you can buy all the little things.

I stayed in Pim's room for 1 month. The room has been cleaned extremely clean on request. I liked the quiet location, no street noise. Nevertheless, everything can be reached quickly. Pim is very friendly and helpful at all times. I would book a room with her again.

Thanks to Sathiya and Afeef, my family had a great stay during the new year. The hosts were friendly and attending to any questions we had. The location is a little further away from the center so it is perfect for a quiet retreat.
