Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tala

The description does not do the villa justice it is big spacious with everything you could possibly need. The outside space is huge well kept with a fantastic pool. Lynn was available when needed and accommodated all our every need. The villa is on a quiet plot but still within distance of the amenities however you do need a car. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Irene and would return again Lynn is a lovely host there when needed. We would definitely recommend this Villa to our friends and family.

this is the second time im staying at Themithia properties. As the first time, everything was as described and spotless clean! Felt cosy and right at home. Definitely returning.

Great experience! The house was just like the description, with very good equipment and comfortable spaces. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!The host was fantastic! Very friendly and willing to help us with any need or question. Communication was prompt and excellent throughout our stay.

We had a comfortable stay in Desi's house. It is spacious and cozy and was a good fit for our family. Desi was responsive and offered great tips when I bugged her with my questions ; ) I'm also thankful for her flexiblity with the checkout time. We definitely recommend others to be her guests!

Nice modern home just outside old town, but still in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

We had a really good stay. The house is well located, especially if you have a car and want to explore out of town. Very close to shops, and easy walk to the sea. All is in good order, and well kept. Very comfortable accommodation indeed. The smart lock on the door failed, but Armen was with us with a key in less than fifteen minutes. Very responsive indeed.

I'd really like to keep this place a secret but it's only fair to share. The most beautiful home in a gorgeous area with stunning views out over the fabulous infinity pool. A little bit of paradise!

An absolutely fantastic mini-break. Waking up to breath-taking views each day was a delight. The property is exactly as described and immaculately clean. Very comfortable beds, perfect for a good nights sleep. Easy to find- with adequate parking very close by. Pafos is within an easy driving distance, making this a perfectly situated peaceful retreat. The hosts Martin and Olga were very friendly and responsive in communication. We had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend this property. Thank you for a great stay!

George is a great host. The apartment is on the first floor, easy to get straight to the pool. Thats very good for the kids. Pools are great. The apartment has everything you need, instructions are clear. There is a patio to chill and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay here, ideal location for walks, restaurants and shops. Clean and well kept apartment, plus the complex is looked after to a good standard. Any questions you have for Nitzan and he’ll get back to you in good time plus sends all the information you’ll need for your stay.

What a fabulous find , we stayed in apartment 205 which had a perfect stunning sea view from both the bedroom and the lounge area. The apartment was exactly as described and decorated beautifully. The location is perfect for both the beach opposite and also local restaurants and bars. Jannette is very responsive to all messages and very helpful. I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Paphos! The location was absolutely perfect— right in the heart of the bustling area, yet the apartment itself felt peaceful and relaxing. The view from the balcony/kitchen was breathtaking, with a stunning and unobstructed view of the sea and harbor. The apartment was clean, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The bedroom was comfortable and the open-plan kitchen and living area were ideal for both relaxing and working. The Smart TV and reliable WiFi made it easy to unwind or stay productive when needed. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and the large dining table was a great touch. Nikolas was an exceptional host—friendly, approachable and always going above and beyond to make my stay special. His genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located, and comfortable stay in Paphos. I can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment the pictures were as advertised and the pool was very clean. Relatively quiet neighbourhood but does get busy with bars and music in the night which was lovely!

An apartment located in a quiet area, yet very close to the main promenade. Nicely decorated, clean, spacious. Nikolay was very helpful, he answered all our questions. We had everything we needed here. If we ever come back to Paphos, it's definitely the same place. I recommend it!

Had such a pleasant stay with a wonderful host

We have just returned from a great stay at this wonderful apartment. Had everything we needed and in a great location within walking distance to the beach, bars and places to eat. The apartment is fully equipt for all your needs and Heiko is very responsive and helpful for anything you should need. The pool is fab, quiet and very refreshing with your own sunbeds reserved for your stay.

Very nice and spacious apartments. Well equipped kitchen with new electrical installations. Swimming pool available from 7:30 to 21:00. Parking area outside on the street, always easy to find free place. Very clear and easy to follow instructions how to find the apartments and check in. Great communication overall and very impressive instant replies practically at any time of the day, even late evening. It was a nice stay and would be definitely recommended.

WOW! Alina's seaside apartment was perfect, so glad I chose it. Sitting on the patio in the winter sunshine, overlooking the beautiful garden & pool was so peaceful. Everything was well thought of for a home from home stay & Alina was on hand at all times if she was ever needed. This apartment deserves 5 stars & hope future guests treat it with the respect it deserves. Thanks for everything Alina......until the next time!

Just right for my purposes - close to the village amenities, hired a car for getting out and about, communal pool and bbq area was spotless , comfortable apartment with great verandah for morning coffee, great value for money . Will stay again.

Everything was easy, communication was great. A lovely quiet spot and great little beaches nearby.

We really enjoyed the beautiful sunny garden with the orange and lemon trees. Great location for walking into Polis too. Lovely hosts.

Vicki's place was spotless clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the couch was as well. And what a patio! The parking was fine, but would not be suitable for anything other than a small car, which is what most people seem to use anyway.
