Great place to stay. Great location. Apartment is clean and spacious. Facilities are sufficient. Host also provided clear instructions on how to find the apartment. There are a trash and recycle bins outside the apartment which makes it easy to throw trash. Thanks for hosting.

Good airbnb! We were happy with our stay! Actual airbnb location is north & west of Xingtian Temple subway stop (6 min walk). And airbnb is south & east of Zhongshan Elementary School stop (8 min walk). In other words, the airbnb is located between xingtian temple and zhongshan elementary school, almost equidistant. The bathroom floor will be entirely wet after you shower. This was not a problem for us as this set up is common in asian countries and they provide slippers.

It was a lovely stay. Quiet in a big city. Surroundings for gourmet geniuses! Since this is the gourmet district. Very good beds and pillows, not too soft! We are completely satisfied. Only the AC to get dehumidified was a bit complicated. There are always plenty of water bottles! Very nice that we got an extra duvet on request. For Europeans: There are no cutlery, especially no cutting knives, peeling fruit, etc. There is also no European plug for electricity.

It’s a good place to stay, the room is clean and spacious, the host is responsive and really kind. Nearby got a lot of good food. Overall it’s a nice stay with great location and easy to get around the city. 👍🏼

A great place to stay if you want to be close to everything! Only a 2 minute walk to the Ximen MRT station & smack middle in Ximending Walking District. It's cosy, cheaper than hotels (and bigger) & has just what you need (if you're not fussy).

Nice room, well located. Definitely worth the price.

We had a pleasant stay here. Everything was very convenient. From booking the place to checking out was hassle free. Will definitely book this again if we ever come back to Taiwan as it was also very near to Ximending. A lot of great shops and restos. Thank you Leon for being a very accommodating host. 🙏🏻

It was a fabulous experience staying in Kiki's place! They have provided super clear instructions on how to get there, no space left for direction questions. The location is so convenient, especially it is near an intersection of subways. And they are very responsive for any questions or small issues like sink draining slowly and got it fixed. Besides, they are super nice to let me put luggage in advance and after check out, saving me a lot of trouble and hassle. Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't remember how many times I stayed with Kiki's properties and it's always a pleasure and satisfying experience. Everything is good and as described. Really nice room to stay and lovely space around. I'll always trust Kiki's listings. A true professional properties management team. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with the room. It's spacious and virtually everything seems new. I did not realize that the kitchen was in a common area, but I did not cook so that was not an issue. It is also a very good value. The washing machine was a nice amenity. I did not realize until the last day that there was actually a dryer in the hallway outside of the front door to the apartment. My only minor complaint was with the check in. The number on the front door is 106, not 108, Yitong St. Plus, many of the street signs and storefronts have been redesigned, so that they no longer look like the pictures that were sent from the Airbnb host. Finally, be aware that you turn off a larger St. called Yitong Street into an alley which is also called Yitong Street. This was all a bit confusing at night and in the rain. Once I found the front door, the rest of the check-in procedure was quite straightforward.

The landlord is very kind and friendly, very communicative, the house is very clean, clean and tidy, the decoration is very artistic, the location is very convenient, very close to Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station, Zhongxiao Fuxing can be reached within a 10-minute walk, a very convenient place, the environment is very comfortable.
