Bungalow holiday rentals in Tahiti-Iti

We stayed 2 weeks in the beginning of Jan. It's off season so it rained just enough for us. The home is cozy and serene. The main drive way is beautiful kept with sand and a lush green and flower landscape. The main house is closely situated but privacy was never imposed on. You hear the waves crash which is a delight. Thankful for the mosquito nets and the outdoor tub and shower for rinsing off the beach sand or simply cooling off and the washer machine for any laundry purposes. Italo provided lego like toys for our 3yo which his own son's had played with. Plenty of outdoor seating options. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Use the provided green lid plastic bins to keep dried foods away from ants. It's an open living bungalow expect ants. A little peppermint oil and the dispersed quickly. No couch. Two sturdy chairs for relaxing. Ceiling fan in one room didn't work and the replacement floor fan had a faulty motor that was tempermental at best. Snorkel gear was provided.

Dolly was very nice and accommodating with our needs. Her family leaves near by which makes it a friendly and welcoming place. We would definitely come back!

Very beautiful environment, at the end of the world.

I'd be happy to go back. The house is in a very nice garden, in front of a beautiful beach. a real pleasure to be placed on the terrace in a rocking chair to listen to the sound of the waves. frederique is a very nice host, who has gladly helped us every time we asked for something (taxi, scooter rental, find a place on the next island). all great what!

Terii was an amazing host! He picked us up from the ferry and took us to the house and grocery plus helped arrange scooter rental. The house was amazing, with its own private beach! There were plenty of picnic tables, lounge chairs and seating both indoor and out. There was a grill with charcoal and plenty of outdoor lighting. The house was generously stocked with towels, soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels, paper towels, etc. the house also has 2 full baths indoors along with an outdoor shower and toilet. The beach is clean and the ocean in front of the house to the reef is shallow and great for snorkeling and lounging and the reef is perfect for snorkeling. Terii provides 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks. 5 minutes to the grocery store, scooter rental and ferry. This rental was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location!! The pictures don’t do it justice! We will be visiting again.

Terupehe’s bungalow was perfect. It was a sweet location on the island. The rental car was essential. We drove both directions to explore Tahiti and really liked that it was not too close to Papeete but close enough that the drive wasn’t bad when we got off the airplane and went back for our ferry boat. The open air market in Papeete was nice the first day. We bought fresh fruits, vegetables and fish and were able to cook in our bungalow. Driving the other directions we went as far as Teahupo’o. On the way we saw many beautiful lagoons and found a really nice restaurant, Le Moto de Mymy. At the bungalow we prepared ourselves some meals in the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite activity was taking the two person kayak out on the lagoon and snorkeling. The kayak and snorkel gear was there for us to use and it was the prettiest snorkeling of my life. The lagoon is full of sea life. From the deck alone I saw reef sharks, fish and a ray. I highly recommend! Thank you!

The bungalow is located right on the lagoon's edge, with the water lapping a few metres below the seating. Inside there is everything you need, Hinatea has tried to think of everything to make the stay special. It's a small property but it's really comfortable for a couple. There was a problem with the water supply and the host was proactive and very supportive. Tahiti is a busy, bustling island and you can hear the cars passing but the location, the privacy and the lovely garden makes this an oasis. Great for a couple of nights stay.

Christelle is a fantastic host and she prepared perfectly the bungalow. We found everything what we need for our stay. It looks even better than on the pictures.Beatiful garden arround, plenty of flowers, we enjoy beautiful Polynesian surroundings. It's well located in walking distance to the coast. Not to far to shops and restaurants. For more comfortable stay better to rent a car. Thank you Christelle for your hospitality.

5/5 stars and more! This was by far the best Air B&B I've ever been to! The location - unique, like from the picture book; the hostess, Clarisse, incredible. So loving, helpful, friendly, fun. Clarisse was more than just the homeowner, she was like a mom to me, immediately supported whenever I needed help and even took care of my little son so I could do a Waltour. The cleanliness - you cannot top it! There's nothing wrong with it. We felt more than at home with you. Thank you, dear Clarisse and Lea! And of course a big kiss to chouquette. We are going to miss you very much.

Perfect For A Peaceful and Memorable Conclusion of Our TripWe LOOOOVED this place! It sits high above the shore with a spectacular view of the coastline and Moorea. This, combined with the feeling of being nestled in a community was something we loved. The separate apartment was right next to Frederick's house . . . which seems like that could mean it would not feel private. But it was totally private. As soon as we were there standing by the pool and taking in the view we felt ourselves relax. We saw the Milky Way each clear night. The open air kitchen is great. There are basics like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, so we shopped the fruit stands and only brought fresh food with us. We shopped for other things only after taking an inventory of what was already there. As others have said, you will be most comfortable if you have a car. It's a treck up the hill and to get to restaurants and other attractions. I just can't say enough how much we loved our stay.

We had an exceptional stay with Isabelle and her husband! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smoothies and a flowered home from everywhere, which immediately put us in the atmosphere of paradise. The place is perfect for a week (or more!), with direct access to the garden and lagoon… A real dream! Located in a quiet residence, it allows you to rest in peace, lulled by the gentle sound of the waves. Honestly, why hesitate? Everything is absolutely perfect from start to finish. Go without a second thought, you won't regret it!

What to say about this place, to get you an idea, we've been traveling for almost 5 months and chained the airbnb and it's by far the best place we could have!! proximity to the beach , whether it's the one 200m at the end of the path or temae beach (10 min walk) or for the functionality of this house! It has everything you need and the outdoor terrace is a real plus!! So far nothing exceptional but we had the chance to stay at the same time as Taiamani and his family ,who have the neighboring bungalow, and it was a real pleasure to meet them! They took great care of us even before we arrived. Come to pick us up, visit the island, small welcome gift, availability of the washing machine, moments of sharing! in short you may not have the chance to meet them sinceit lives on Papeete but the bungalow is in their warm , unique and wonderful image! I recommend 1000%

We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered Tamara’s beautiful Airbnb. It exceeded all our expectations and was truly perfect in every way. Tamara is not only an exceptional host but also a genuinely lovely person. We adored every moment of our stay and believe this is the best accommodation in Moorea. The beach right in front is breathtaking, and the bungalow was equipped with everything we could ever need. Our experience was even better than what the photos suggest, and we can't wait to return. We had an unforgettable time and love every moment of it.

I really enjoyed this rental in a small typical Polynesian bungalow in the middle of a lush garden very well maintained and facing the ocean where we were able to observe whales. Thank you Rémi for your hosting and availability. I highly recommend this place for those who love calm nature and sunrises.

I cannot recommend this place more highly. Virginia was great at explaining things and we got the privacy we wanted. The house is so comfortable and has everything you need. The bathroom is huge and so practical. We loved everything and will stay here again.
