Great stay for the price

It's our second time and that alone explains why we like the place. It has all the amenities we need for our stay and the host is very accommodating. We would still go back if again given the chance to celebrate Christmas and New Year in Makati💚

Location! Location!! Location!!! We celebrated the winter holidays at Millet’s Makati condo. One of the reasons I select Airbnb properties is that I get to meet other amazing hosts - and Millet and her husband were not only responsive hosts but they were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to decorate their condo so we could truly enjoy Christmas. It was such a nice touch. And we were treated to a very spectacular Pinoy New Year's firework show from the property's balcony. This building has exceptional amenities, pool and staffed fitness center, which rival any 5 star hotel. Further, the property is connected to a new mall on floor 2 with several restaurants and a large supermarket. There was a significant issue with roaches in the kitchen. While the hosts came and sprayed immediately upon request, it's obviously a building issue and hard to seal off an individual unit in a large high rise. Regardless - it was a 5 star stay with 5 star service

We've stayed here for a numerous time and never did it disappoint. Looking forward to the next one :)

I had a great stay at Jae Soong’s place. I was contacted by Riza who is the on site help, she was great and answered all the questions I had, if I had an issue she came round straight away, she was also in contact every day to make sure my stay was comfortable. Thank you guys!

The owner is awesome. It was a stressful work activity I do not want to attend so his place became a comfort zone to me. Madali kausap, mabait, accommodating and ang daming kainan sa labas may mga tiangge pa po nakaabawas ng stress after an entire day of work. thanks!

Good and easy to find place

If you are looking for the best place to stay near MOA, I highly recommend Miss Jas place. It's near from MOA arena, perfect if you are attending concert. Aside from the place, the Host is very responsive, friendly and caring. This is one of my best stays so far ❤️

Small room but very functional. Great views. Belle was a great host and responded very quickly with an issues or concerns I had, and was very flexible with check in and check out time.

I had to check in late but Ms. Lily waited for me. Such a wonderful place and looked like the photos.

Great place for a short stay if you’re in the area as everything essential is provided - there’s even Netflix if you get bored. Also very clean and Crisalez was really responsive. There’s also a gym and a pool, which are a great plus if you’ve got the time.

Our stay at Ma'am Michelle's unit was great. She even welcomed us in person. In terms of the location, it was convenient since it's just walking distance with the establishments. The place was clean and I love the vanity area. I'm looking forward staying again in the unit.

Great place to stay! The host was friendly, and everything was clean and comfortable. Ang ganda ng view and malapit lang din sa mall. Would definitely recommend!
