Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Holzbau-Bungalow mitten in Beinwil am See. Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

Lovly! Vacation apartment in ÜB 500 m to the lake

Dreamlike lovely vacation apartment in ÜB-Goldbach (500m to the lake:-) shared house entrance, idyllic garden. We live on the ground floor and the first floor is our guest area. The ground floor is not separated by an apartment door (see also pictures + floor plan) Our guest kitchenette in the DG includes: Fridge-freezer 180cm, ceramic hob (20cm), toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Washbasin and dishwasher in the bathroom (see pictures).

Eine hochwertig, eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für erholsame, entspannte Urlaubstage. Einen Garagenstellplatz und der Zugang per Lift sind zu dieser Wohnung möglich. Die Nutzung des Hotpotts ist nur Absprache möglich. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10km Entfernung. In der näheren Umgebung sind der Schluchsee, Feldberg, Titisee, Rheinfall Schaffhausen und die Schweiz. Der Bodensee ist nach einer Stunde Fahrzeit erreichbar.

Charming country house at Lake Constance

Country life at its best... relax and enjoy the view to the lake, sip on a glass of wine on the balcony, cook a lovely meal in the kitchen with all modern appliances. The listed house was build by winegrowers in the 18th century. It has been restored over the last five years, showing many original features. As a result it has a very special feeling, also thanks to its unique position with views to Switzerland.
