Great place for a peaceful vacation. House with excellent amenities, from the pool to the entertainment in the living room. Very large space for a lot of people. Well equipped house with all appliances and accessories. Friendliness and promptness in helping guests help. Great service, repeating.

We had a fantastic week at this restful and special location. We particularly enjoyed all the outdoor space and garden, which was beautiful. Armando’s recommendations were really helpful in making it a great holiday. Highlights were the waterfall at Cabreia, the veal, bacon and chorizo skewer at the Quinta do Barco restaurant and the beaches near Costa Nova. Thank you - I’m sure we’ll be back.

We chose Villa Regadio for an extended weekend and we wanted to stay there another month! The surrounding space is wonderful, the Villa has all the conditions for a peaceful city retreat, with an addictive pool and jacuzzi. Our villa was fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with the possibility of preparing their own meals even enjoying the breakfast served by the host with regional and homemade products. We were only 4 but the possibility of having a suite for each couple brought the comfort of being at home for the mini vacation. We had a swing with lovely views during the day and the peace of the night allowed for a moment of appreciation for the starry sky (in the jacuzzi). The Villa features bikes to explore nearby. The surrounding routes are very interesting, especially for 4x4 lovers, with well-defined trails and magnificent spots to photograph in the middle of nature. Sandra is really nice. Thank you!

Seguro que vamos voltar! We had a family gathering, and everyone was thrilled with the house, its excellent condition, the leisure and meals areas. The place is well-furnished and very comfortable. The reception was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. We're certain we'll return!

In the heart of Sierra de la Estrella. This house is very large and with all the amenities you can ask for. Good communication with Margarida. To be repeated, without a doubt!

The house is super well equipped and cared for. All bedrooms (the 8) have wc. Luisa is super friendly and let us check out a little later. The only downside was the pool being shared with the other house, everything else perfect :)

This place is truly exceptional. We were three families (total of 12 people), and none of us wanted the vacation to end. Every detail in this villa is outstanding—from the fully equipped professional kitchen and the stunning pool area to the comfortable beds, stylish design, and air conditioning in every room. The villa is filled with beautifully furnished spaces and hidden gems, making it a place we’ll definitely return to. And we can’t forget Bernardo, our incredible host. He was helpful in every way, kind, and generous. A perfect 10 out of 10.

We stayed as a family of 7 with older teen / young adult 'children'. The house and location are stunning with lots of space and beautiful scenery. We made great use of the pool and BBQ and all felt relaxed and at home straight away. Jessy was very helpful at all stages of our booking and stay. House and host thoroughly recommended!

This was a wonderful location for us to enjoy our stay. Silvia and the team were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The house was absolutely perfect for our stay with the family and we would love to return. We couldn't believe how close we were to all the amenities and the wonderful city of Coimbra. Thank you.

We had a fantast stay Quinta da Fogueira! Probably our best Air BNB experience of all time. The house was simply magical and the pictures do not do it justice. We had a group of nine and had more than enough space including a private bathroom for each of the main rooms. The grounds are amazing including a pool, basketball and tennis court. We also loved the view of the vineyard in the background. The house is also very accommodating to kids with several pack and plays, crib, high chair and plastic plates, bowls, etc. Highly recommend!

We booked for 8 people and had the entire villa, but there were only 3 bedrooms in the main villa. An additional bedroom with its own kitchen was offered separately. The separate room was amazing, but it would’ve been better if this setup was mentioned in the listing. The property was very clean and exceeded expectations. Carlos, our host, was helpful and quickly resolved a short circuit and fire alarm issue, even providing extra wood for the fireplace to compensate. On checkout day, the water pipes froze, leaving us without water. Carlos responded quickly, but it delayed our plans as we checked out late. This was inconvenient, and I hope measures are taken to avoid this in winter. Despite these issues, the stay was great, and I would return. Clearer communication in the listing and winter-proofing would make this property perfect!

We were staying 3 families, 6 adults and 6 children and I have to say the house is spacious, clean and modern. It's one of the few houses that don't do the photos justice, it's much better when you arrive. Jose is very friendly when we enter I teach us and explain all the features of the house and when we were very friendly, I really recommend her 100%. We had up to Christmas tree, a lot of detail, and the pool super clean even though we don't bathe, and there is a barbecue.

Beautiful Villa and a friendly and helpful host. we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Very private and safe for children, beautiful play area and large pool. Lovely barbecue area and dinning tables outside as well as inside. Everything was very clean and there is a cafe and small shop within walking distance. Beautiful views. we will definitely be back again, highly recommended. Thank you Aida for being a wonderful and helpful host.

Mario Jorge was very welcoming, very proactive in terms of recommendations and the house was impeccable and very large. It was very well equipped, well located (pretty village of Vouzela which can be visited on foot), close to Sao Pedro do Sul (5-10mn by car) and other small villages and hikes. Bikes are available which is also very convenient. Very nice to swim in the pool before 6pm on hot days. Great accommodation and host!

This place is peaceful and surrounded by nature with lots of trees and singing birds, includind the chickens that create an "quinta" atmosphere. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and caring. I highly recommend this countryside gem for a relaxing escape.

The grounds and the pool are out of this world! Such a serene location and beautiful setup. The landscaping gives is a sophisticated touch. The studio was very clean. The only thing that could be better, it's the in-unit kitchen space is very cramped. Given the secluded location, one wants to prepare breakfast in the morning and it felt like bit like a circus act to try to find counter space. Overall, a great stay and we'd be happy to come back :)
