Holiday rentals with beach access in Ta' Xbiex

The property was in a fabulous location overlooking the open sea. At night time the lights majestic. Bus stop, supermarket and gym literally right by the front door. Uber arrives in less than 2mins. Ambrose was very helpful and available at all times. Made the experience so much better. It was the best place to celebrate new years! I will be back again in the summer! Thanks Ambrose!

We loved our 2-week stay! The place is actually a bit better than it looks in the photos. The bed was comfy. The shower was hot. It was easy to walk to nearby shops for groceries. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We really enjoyed having our meals on the balcony overlooking the fields. We had a fantastic dinner one night at Dar Is-Sajjied and great fish and chips at Ta Gorg. Birzebbuga is a good place to stay while exploring the southeastern parts of Malta. There is a lot to see and do in the area. We’d gladly stay at Jason’s place again.

Had a great stay at Tiagos place in the heart of Buggabo, St. Pauls. The apartment is located next to the bus terminal so you have the option of getting a bus from the airport (about 1hr10min for a couple of Euros). The flat is spacious and clean with a nice pool and communal area. The neighbours were also very friendly around the pool. the surrounding area is great, walking distance to cafe del mar, beaches, bars and and number of great restaurants. Had 2 amazing seafood dinners in Ocean basket (thanks for the recommendation Tiago) and Venus. All in a lively 4 night break.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Clean, quiet, close to beach and an excellent sunroof terrace. 24hr Supermarket literally less than 2mins away. Brilliant watersport and bar restaurant. Very friendly, helpful staff in both. 😊

A nice and quiet place to stay.

We had a fantastic 9 days in Malta. The accommodation is in a very good location, close to the sea, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, and the central bus stop is about 5 minutes away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, modern. The noise is really disruptive (it's in a party district), but we locked the bedroom door and didn't hear anything anymore. Sleeping in the living room wouldn't have been comfortable because of it. Everything was for our comfort, I highly recommend the apartment to everyone. They will not be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb,From the moment we arrived, the space felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay at Anne’s place for a week. The experience of staying in a traditional building was amazing. The view was incredible and peaceful, overlooking Valletta. We also appreciated the attention to details throughout the house and made our stay more enjoyable. It was easy to get around, and there was so much to see in the nearby neighbourhoods. All in all, it was lovely !

I stayed in Zetjun for a trip away with friends. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the host was friendly and quick to respond to any needs. we had a lovely stay and would come again.

I was looking for a peaceful and beautiful place in Malta to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and Ana’s place exceeded all my expectations. It was everything I could have dreamed of stylish, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, in a lovely area surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Our stay was as expected. Location suited our needs. We had everything we could need within the property. Host was quick to respond to any questions and obliged us with visiting to demonstrate some of the features. Really enjoyed the roof terrace. Great for watching the world go by.

Would highly recommend staying here lovely apartment, very clean very spacious. Close to all the action in Sliema, if you are planning on travelling around Malta all of the tours go from 2 min walk away. There are lots of lovely restaurants in the area also. The views are beautiful and you are close to everything but it is still really private and peaceful just to sit on balcony and look out at the boats and at the beautiful views of Valletta across the harbour . Apartment is really well equipped and there are a few shops within walking distance of you need to stock up. Thanks to Tina for being so helpful and responsive.

The first I want to say BIG THANK YOU to Andrea - apartments just Perfect! Location is perfect to have the best holiday. You will have around where to swim, where to get sun tan, many nice restaurant to eat, to do shopping, enjoy the view. Everything in hand distance, also 2 metres and will have bus stop. Apartments by it self just 10 of 10 🤩🤩 Love Everything we had - hudge rooms, lots of space, air conditioner in each room, kitchen have more than everything, quite and private, comfortable bed in the bedroom, good smell in the rooms, and OMG what a view from terrace ❤️.... just incredible.... i could spend all my holidays only sitting in this terrace. 😃🙈😃 i can recommend this apartments to everyone, who want quality and comfortable stay. Everything was perfect, Matthew was such a great host always answering even at night, the apartment very clean looks just like the photos, location is perfect right next the the sea , we had amazing walk day and night, you can find everything in a couple of minutes delivery available 24/7, and you also have a very close supermarket also available 24/7 , basically you can find whatever you wish for. Highly recommended

There are 2 flights of spiral stone stairs, no elevator, not a problem for us, but could be for others, however the views are to die for so well worth the stairs. Large apartment, large kitchen with washing machine. Heating in both living and bedroom. Great location, there are lots of steps to get to shops, restaurants etc, but so worth it to be in Valleta just so beautiful.

The apartment is spacious , clean and well located. Ian was very proactive and responded to our questions. Towels and toilet paper will be good to add.

Very friendly, flexible and responsive host who provided suggestions for places to visit. Good location with a local food shop 100 metres away. Walking to the seaside/town centre takes less than 10 min. The flat was spacious and beds were comfortable. Parking may occasionally be an issue when neighbours park in the allocated spot, but they usually left a note on the dashboard so we could call them and ask them to move their car.(parking spaces are generally very tricky to find in Malta).
