Holiday rentals with a fire pit in 't Zand

We stayed with 7 friends in the beautiful house. Very stylish and cozily furnished. Beautiful views, and quiet location. We walked the Bellopad from Wilnis to Vinkeveen; a fun activity nearby! Arrad was easily accessible.

Lovely, spacious house in one of the most beautiful places in Friesland, located directly on open water with beautiful views over a lake (It Piel, borders Heegermeer and the Fluessen) and the countryside. Recommended for those who love peace, space and the Frisian lakes.

We spent a family weekend with four in Tine and Reinout's house. It is a very cozy, cheerful and lively house. It feels like you're in a real family home where it's good to get together. We took advantage of Amsterdam as much as the beautiful environment of Zansee-Schanz, and also Tine's recommendations for discovering the surrounding area. Tine and Reinout were very available and gave us a warm welcome, which just makes us want to come back!

great host. friendly and concerned about making the stay comfortable. We stopped by for a weekend as a stop on our road trip and the place felt very high end. wide open rooms with comfy beds and pillows and other cool spaces plus a lovely cat 🐈 who is quick to warm up to you. If I was being really harsh it could benefit from a second shower/bath for bigger groups and a bigger driveway but the latter is probably more unique to us have 3 cars for our trip. Also sorting the bins situation in the area was a bit confusing but that's because we care about our waste a lot and don't throw trash in any bin. the area is well maintained and whole neighbourhood is clean.

We had a nice family holiday in Wyik aan Zee. Beautiful beach for walking. A trip to Haarlem and Amsterdam was also on the agenda. Highly recommend. All in all, we will be happy to come back.

This is a beautiful house in a perfect location close to the dunes and beaches of Noordwijk and Noordwijkerhout. Great location for cycling and walking with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The house makes you feel right at home and is beautifully decorated. Bink is a responsive and friendly host. We would definitely love to stay here for our next trip to the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed the place. It is located in a quiet and idyllic location directly on a small canal, with easy access to the nearest cities Hoorn and Alkmaar as well as the beach, which can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Especially the large bathroom with towels and bathrobes as well as the cozy living room and kitchen convinced us. The bed was extremely comfortable so we slept wonderfully. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were warmly welcomed, got a small tour of the horse farm and valuable excursion tips. Also on departure, the owner inquired about suggestions for improvement, which was very attentive. We can fully recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back!

It's a lovely place to stay! There is a huge tranquility and you can relax there. The garden is also very big and offers everything (sunbeds, BBQ, firepit, etc.) In addition, the hosts respond very quickly and are super friendly! You will also be warmly welcomed upon arrival. The stay is clean and nicely furnished. It all looks like the pictures. All in all, it is definitely recommended and we would like to come back!

The apartment is small but nice has everything you need. Thildy and her husband are super friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast the first day and it was delicious and sumptuous. Especially our little one was thrilled with all the great toys, the trampoline and the hammocks in the garden. The surrounding area is great for bike rides or trips to the beach and dunes. Washing machine and towels cost extra, which we are not used to from AirBnB. But all toys are free and Thyldi helped us on a private issue, which was very kind. We had a really nice and relaxing time there!

Had a great stay over New Year's Eve in the loft. The cottage is very nice, ideal for two people and furnished with a lot of love for detail. As a welcome, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home. Everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed the time very much. We will be happy to come back!

We immediately felt at home. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The price we got was a steal.

Right at the beginning of our trip, we already had an unforgettable moment. Google Maps led us in a rather strange way—straight into the ‘garden’ behind the house. It was actually a field, an off-road path full of mud. It didn’t really look like a place for normal cars, but we went for it anyway—haha. And then it happened: we got stuck. Judith and Jul were super responsive, helpful, and quickly came to our rescue, pulling us out of the mud with great support. When we finally arrived at the cabin, we were immediately blown away. Everything was so beautiful—the interior, the energy—we instantly felt at home. We loved it so much that we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for another night. It was simply a wonderful, unforgettable time.

The cabin itself was perfect/charming, comfortable, and full of character. The best part was the stunning scenery, with a beautiful lake at the doorstep. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Plus, the location was ideal—peaceful and tranquil, yet close enough to Amsterdam to easily explore the city. This place really made my time in the Netherlands special. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice time at the cottage with Marjolein and Anton. The owners are friendly, the bed is well laid out and the amenities are as described. Due to the many windows, it was wonderfully sunny inside during the day and in the evening we could enjoy the fireplace. In addition, the area is quiet and beautiful - we enjoyed cycling and hiking. In short, a top Airbnb to relax!

We were in Rose's amazing cottage for our first wedding anniversary for a few days. Rose had made a rose and a card very thoughtful for us, which immediately made for a nice welcome! We had wonderful days by the fireplace, enjoyed the area with our dogs and the sunrise from the dike is fantastic!

We really enjoyed the time in the cozy house in the quiet nature. It was even bigger than it looks on the photos and is very lovingly and personally furnished. Of course, you have to be aware that in the middle of nature you will also meet many spiders, mosquitoes, etc. It didn't bother us and we had a great time. Highlights are the great record collection and the kayak, which takes you directly from the terrace into the water. A day trip to Amsterdam is also easily possible.

We had a great stay with Nico and Danielle. They are very nice hosts who are quick to respond to any queries. Even a smart TV was arranged at our request. The cottage has all the comforts and is very tastefully decorated. Great bathroom and bed. The cottage is in their backyard, but you hardly notice that because it is completely enclosed from the main house. The area is worthwhile with Hoorn and Enkhuizen. In short: had a great week!
