Second time at Heather’s place, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and close to the state parks!

Heather’s place is a little paradise on the water. Peaceful, quiet, and perfect for some real rest and relaxation. The house was exactly as described—spotless, all new, and super comfortable inside, with beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy. Annapolis is just a short 25-minute drive away if you’re looking for great food and things to do. Communication with Heather was easy and fast. I’d come back anytime I’m in the area again!

We stayed at Reagan's cottage in the woods for our short babymoon weekend. It was the perfect, quiet retreat we were looking for. We had a lovely dinner out in Leesburg and otherwise enjoyed the peaceful accommodations in the woods. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was very nice. The host was welcoming and respectful. We saw the tortoise, which was a novel treat. The view up in the forrested mountains is beautiful, and the accomodations were lovely. A very comfy couch and cozy kitchen area for breakfasts goes well wish the gracious sleeping area. We had a little bit of trouble finding a way to immerse ourselves in total darkness for sleeping, but everything felt so homey that was hardly an issue. Overall, a great place to stay with a very kind host and plenty of room to enjoy your time there.

This was our families first time visiting this area and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house was easy to find and the instructions to get inside were clear and easy. There was plenty of room to relax and play games and lots of counter space to prep food. The beds were cozy and it was nice to sit and watch the water from the huge living room window! We had a fire in the outside pit and made s'mores and watched the sun set. BK was a great host from the start! Very responsive to my many questions and even provided fishing poles (which we didn't get to use, which was a bummer) but it was greatly appreciated that he went out of his way to provide. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to relax and have a great view by the water. Thank you BK for opening your home to a family from CO!

The place is wonderful. We were down for Thanksgiving with my family and were travelling with our 2 dogs, Wally & Dolly. The location was perfect, close to Riviera Beach where our Family Thanksgiving Dinner was, very private, no noise or distractions for the dogs (that was great). The property was surrounded by water on three sides, great views! It is right next to Ft. Smallwood Park where we took the dogs for walks every day, they loved it. As for the house it was perfect for us, just about the size of our home, so that made it very comfortable for us. All one level, which made it great for us older people. It was furnished with very comfortable furniture. Lots of information about the local surroundings, things to do, and restaurants. Keith was wonderful to work with, very easy to communicate with which made the whole process very easy for us. We even had a conversation over the phone once we were in the house to make sure everything was to our liking, and we were happy !

Cottages were wonderful and host was very responsive. Bride and bridesmaids stayed there and had their hair and makeup done for the wedding. Close to Celebrations at the Bay and a perfect location :-)

The house was very attractive and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The mattresses were soft, and we slept well. The screened porch had heat lamps which were a nice touch on the chilly mornings. We enjoyed our stay very much and will likely come again! The only issue we had was the hot tub was not clean, but the owners were communicative about it and apologized when we brought the issue to their attention. Overall very good experience.

We stayed at this property the weekend of our wedding and it was perfect! The house and surrounding area were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was clean and stocked well with supplies. All the amenities listed were present and functioned well. Jeanne was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and made us feel right at home! We couldn't recommend this Airbnb more and can’t wait to visit again!
