Tsuga Place

The basement space is ideal for two people. Private entrance with all the amenities for a quiet comfortable stay. Walking trail through old growth hemlocks and yoga studio on site. We do have a large dog, Nelson. He is very friendly and loves to go for walks in the woods. We are conveniently located 10 minutes from the Newfoundland Ferry, 25 minutes to Baddeck and 25 minutes to Sydney. We are looking forward to meeting you and will do our best to make your stay enjoyable. Everyone is welcome!

There is also a wall mounted tv that gives you access to Netflix. Bedroom has a queen sized bed with bathroom, washer and dryer on-site . Located in the heart of downtown Sydney with lots of attractions, restaurants, gyms, and groceries within walking distance. There is parking available for one vehicle onsite. Airbnb is a service that lets property owners rent out their spaces to travelers looking for a place to stay. This is my home, not a hotel. I would love to share my home but please respect it. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and a brewery! The rental is in the basement of our family home, so NO SMOKING in the unit. There is one parking spot and a private entrance. Two bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 double bed. Kitchen, completely stocked with essentials. Bathroom with tub/shower.
