We had a fantastic time at grey heron lodge. The photos don’t really do the place justice. There is plenty of space (we were 4 adults, a child and a dog and never felt crowded), ample bathrooms, lodge was very well equipped with everything you would need especially kitchen items, plus it’s dog friendly including bowls and dog blanket. Beautiful location right on the lake - perfect for walks and access to the nearby Gateway centre, and driving distance to lovely Cotswold villages. We all loved the hot tub! Easy to get a food shop delivered and we appreciated the cute festive decorations ( stayed over NYE) All round we had a perfect stay and hole to return one day. Thank you

Wonderful communication. Gentle kind and welcoming check in. Beautiful barn, gorgeous appliances, tippety top quality and paired back style everywhere you look. Generous amount of wood supplied for the incredible hot tub and indoor wood burner ( which we didn’t need due to the perfect temperature indoors!) Played lots of tennis! Visited Bath, Sat in the hot tub, listened to the birds and watched the stars come out. Glorious. Thank you! Loved it!

My son and I enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable break and were only sorry that we only had two nights! The cottage was really lovely with everything you could possibly need including a very helpful folder with lots of suggestions and ideas. The extra touches, like milk and butter in the fridge, were really appreciated. This is the best property by far that we have ever stayed in in terms of provision of logs and lighting materials for the fire, which, given that we were there during a chilly snap in January, was really appreciated. The charge for the property was also very modest, meaning that we enjoyed a very economical yet luxurious break. I would hi #ghly recommend this cottage and think that the owner has done a marvellous job with it.

We booked Glebe House for a late Christmas family get together. The venue was the perfect setting in a tranquil, rural location but also not far from Salisbury if one wished for a bit more action. The bedrooms are well proportioned, the beds were very comfortable, bedlinen, duvet and pillows were all clean and soft. Plenty towels on offer. The kitchen is very well appointed. Lots of space. There was a double oven and smaller oven for all the cooking for a large group. Victoria provided the necessary utensils - e.g. scales, whisk, blender, lots of crockery and cutlery, glasses and champagne glasses. Very well stocked indeed. We enjoyed all sitting around the large dining table catching up. I thoroughly approved of the recycling policies in place, especially the food waste, as this is the bulk of one's waste. We were provided with a lovely brand of shampoo, conditioner and hand gel in all bathrooms. So many places don't do that! And enough toilets rolls which is unusual.

what a wonderful weekend we had! the place was beautiful. we had such a great weekend and Tricia had stocked the place with games, toys and books for all ages. despite the weather there was plenty to do in the area and a park within walking distance even for a 16 month old. would highly recommend and definitely consider staying again!

We had an amazing Christmas at Jan and Jamie’s property. There was even a Christmas tree in the lounge. Everything was a described. The house is very spacious and the hot tub was perfect for dark, cold evenings. We did have a bit of trouble finding the property . But we put a pin on goggle maps for others in our party. Not really anything to complain about. I would suggest a few notes on appliance, as we did not know how to use an induction hob . But always u tube to the rescue. The fridge did have a broken salad box and did seem to collect water I it. But this is just being picky. When overall our family had an amazing Christmas. Would definitely like to go back in the summer . Spa facilities also good with tennis courts. All used on our visit.

I would say it’s the best house I have ever been in for my one-week journey. The housewares are in good condition, the beds allow sleeping comfortably, and the kitchen - which is the best of all - has all kinds of seasonings and ingredients (even including several Chinese ones!) and kitchenwares! We have a lovely stay there and a fabulous meal cooked by ourselves! Speaking of the surroundings, you can literally walk to anywhere in this small town from the house within 15 mins. What’s more, the house is located at the High Street, where you can find tons of interesting stores and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Andy’s place. He was very welcoming, showed us how to use the oven (as we were cooking Christmas dinner for 9), the heating, etc. The house was in a great location with lots to do in the local area. Would recommend a stay here. Thanks Andy!

My husband and I had a great stay at Lake House, we were delighted with the accommodation, everything neat and clean with all the rooms well presented. The kitchen is well equipped, and having Netflix, prime etc good for cosy night in! We chose to use the bedroom on the third floor, with the en-suite. Comfortable bed & lovely views of the lake! We throughly enjoyed our stay.
