Birdhaven is an absolute dream to stay in. Everything you could possible need for a great break! Two friendly local pubs within 10-15 walk and some great walks through nature. Would definitely stay again 😊

The hideaway was in a perfect spot to see sothwold and all it has to offer. We felt right at home at the hideaway. Really comfortable and so well kitted with everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable and had some lovely sleeps. Great place for walking will deffinately try and get back soon.

We had an incredible stay at Ben’s cabin. It was very peaceful and private, and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The outside bath was a great bonus! The cabin was spotless and so cosy, had all the amenities and it came with some tea bags, fire lighters and crockery! There were books and games as well which was such a great addition to our night. The farm provided a great space for our dog to run and a little space for a fire in the evening. It was such a lovely experience and I couldn’t recommend it enough! We would definitely stay again!

We’ve just returned from a 2 night stay at green valley farm, renting all 4 cottages for new years celebrations. We had a great time! The cottages are decorated beautifully and felt really cosy, with all of the utensils/appliances you could need! We also loved the little touch of a welcome basket and a dog essentials basket too! I would 100% recommend Rebecca and Green valley farm and would definitely book again Thankyou so much! ♥️

Janice couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive. The accommodation was well-equipped and well-appointed. We had everything that we needed for a great stay. We already know the area, but this couldn’t have been better placed to enjoy the Broads and other amenities. We would love to return again soon.

From the moment we booked we felt as if we were staying in a home from home. The house itself is immaculate, you could want nothing more from this cosy barn. Very high standard of living areas. Dona herself is lovely and can’t do enough for you to feel at home. It’s quiet and rural and everything you would need for a peaceful getaway with easy access to main roads if needed. Plenty of rural walks around just outside the front door. Thankyou Donna, we would recommend your venue to everyone.

The place smelled beautiful as you walk in and stayed that way for the duration, really clean and well thought out, cupboards were well stocked with plates and cookware etc. the annex felt private and the area was very quiet and peaceful, lovely walks close by. We brought a dog with us and they left a bowl and some treats in it which I thought was a really nice touch. We had tea coffee and biscuits ready to use on arrival which was definitely appreciated. We will 100% be back as it was also a great price tbh. Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was made up for us by the owners. Couldn’t fault a single thing.

A really lovely property with everything you could possibly need. The house was a really good layout and easily hosted our two families of 4 plus the dogs. The location on the beach was great, the beach front is very clean and not filled with tacky shops like further up the coast. The only negative I would say is that the area is a little run down but I believe this will improve in time. We also didn’t feel this affected our stay in anyway. We walked the dogs daily for Long Beach walks which was lovely, it’s certainly an impressive beach with amazing sand. We have dogs so it was great to have a good vacuum cleaner as I did this most days. Apologies we stripped the beds upstairs before we left, it was just habit. The other family left last as we needed to leave earlier, check out was as straightforward as check in. Ruth was great at communicating, always promptly responding to questions.
