Holiday rentals with breakfast in Swanage

Jonathan and Ann have been the best host I've ever had. They make our stay a 10/10, always with a smile and ready to help us when we needed. The room were we stay was fantastic, big, clean and well decorated. The house is on a residential area so it's quite and provides you with the vibes we were looking for the weekend. I'd highly recommend to stay at this place with John and Ann.

Great location. Nice to have private parking in the centre of town. Property as described. Bit scruffy on the outside but like a tardis and huge and well appointed inside so don't let that put you off.

Our first visit to Jane's tranquil cottage, and what a delight it was. The cottage is exactly as described and depicted in the photos, very thoughtfully furnished and decorated, and Jane has provided absolutely everything guests may require during their stay. The cottage was so warm, cosy and very welcoming. The very generous welcome goodies were much appreciated, thank you Jane! Our directions and arrival info were spot on, and it was really nice to have an earlier check-in and later check-out. We had planned to do more walking and exploring, but rain stopped play. However this gives us more reasons to visit Jane's cottage again in the near future. We would recommend Haynes Motor Museum and Yeovilton Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm Museum, both of which a half-hour away just outside of Yeovil.

Great stay, Phil and Christine are very kind and generous and I enjoyed our chats over breakfast. They really do ask you to treat their home as yours. I confused East Road with East Street, but it's still a short walk from the town. No kettle in the room, but the kitchen is always available and tea and coffee there to help oneself. Amazing decking space overlooking the river at the back! Would definitely stay again. Thank you both.

We couldn’t have been made more welcome by Patricia to her warm and cosy accommodation. A late arrival from the ferry was no trouble and the provisions left for us were much appreciated. We only stayed one night but felt right at home and would highly recommend it.

This was easily the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. Harriet and Steve were just wonderful, warm and supporting. They were so great with our dog (who wouldn't want to leave on our last day) , left loads of goodies for us in the annex including fresh farm eggs from a neighbouring farm and even invited us to use their garden for breakfast. On our last night, we sat at the fire together, just chatting and enjoying each other's company. I couldn't recommend the place more highly - they were the most proactive in anticipating our needs and ridiculously generous. We will definitely be back!

Marian And Terry are wonderful friendly hosts , keeping their home spotless but homely and front door parking Continental Breakfast was a great touch , as was the tea/coffee in my room . Easy 15 minutes walk to Seafront and pier down through the gardens or less than 20 minutes walk the town centre with lots of shops . 2 mile walk into Bournemouth from Boscombe but there was regular buses that I could see . A very lovely weekend Away for me time. Would recommend them to anyone just needing a few nights break 😊

Great two night stay at Shell House! The photos don't do justice to how beautifully clean and tastefully decorated the interiors are. Great social spaces for large groups and everything was spotless.

We had a great time here - the studio was perfect for our needs and had a little kitchen with microwave ,kettle , hob and airfryer , it is a sunny spoty and nice to relax on the front after walks . Poole and its harbour is great with many bars and restaurants , we also drove to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove which was spectacular - also can get a ferry across to Studland and visit Corfe Castle which was also fantastic .I would stay here again , thanks again to our kind hosts

We had a lovely few days at the apartment. Pam was so lovely. Apartment very clean, lots of information on walks. Welcome pack with wine and treats for our dogs very much appreciated. Great location for walks with the dogs. Wound very much recommend staying here. Will defiantly be back! Thank you Pam.

Although I agree with some previous comments about some updating being needed it catered for my needs. The bedroom/lounge was comfortable and roomy. The shower had been just redone and well with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking within the pub carpark gave me peace of mind. Overall I had an enjoyable stay a stones throw from the famous Gold Hill. Daniel is a very friendly host and always went the extra mile with any request. Recommended.

Fresh flowers and welcome pack on arrival were a lovely start to a very comfortable and peaceful 6 night break. The apartment had everything I needed and the spacious bedroom (very quiet), comfortable bed and cosy lounge with log burner made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Beth and Annie were great hosts - very responsive and friendly. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

Great place and location, short walk to the beach. A home from home. Brian's very responsive and even provided bread, croissants, butter, jam and milk.

We had a great stay in this apartment - very clean and beautifully decorated and an ideal place to stay with a dog. We loved the sitting area with a smart TV and the fact that we could use the hot tub too. There were little extras like Croissants in the freezer and orange juice in the fridge which were lovely touches. Perfect location too-a 5 minute drive to Lulworth Cove where we walked to Durdle Door. We also visited Corfe Castle and Old Harry Rocks. Already recommended to a friend 😊

Ultra quirky little hideaway. Lots of little oddities that you keep on finding. Very compact but everything you need (don’t expect ultra modern. It would be so wrong in this flat, so no microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher etc but that was just fine by me). The bed was ultra comfortable. Everything about this flat makes you feel you have ‘come home’. Absolute gem of a balcony overlooking the sea (we spent many happy moments watching drivers trying to find parking spaces smug in the knowledge that we had a private bay) Lucky enough to be there during this years heat wave and so pleasant just sitting watching the world go by. A massive plus is that the balcony is not overlooked by anyone. The Sonos system was perfect. Didn’t even turn tv/Netflix on. No need with the view you get. It is up some quite narrow stairs so may not suit the elderly (we are in our 60’s and I problems at all.😄). So it’s a 10 from us!

Louis is a top class host , he provides a comfortable , spotlessly clean and efficient place to stay. We liked the fact that we got clear instructions to access the house / room and effective help when we needed it. Thank you again ! Also great street parking - would highly recommend Louis’s place if your staying in Sandbanks.

We had a wonderful stay in ‘The Studio’ which was perfect for our requirements. Anna was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we not hesitate to stay here again.

Outstanding! Julia and Steve’s hospitality was incredible and we couldn’t have felt more at home in their beautiful house. The breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal to explore the area and get to some great pubs. Would love to come back at some point!

We really loved staying here - our getaways with a toddler + 2 dogs can be stressful, but this was such a great place to stay that it removed all stress. The location was peaceful and quiet, the village itself was small and walkable for the local pub and playground for our daughter. It was easy to drive to local tourist spots and all the roads were fine. The accommodation itself was comfortable and clean and had all we needed. Can’t thank our hosts enough for such a pleasant stay.

Had a lovely stay at The Loft. Perfect for a quick getaway with easy access to places to eat out, beaches, and great coastal walk. Maria was amazing throughout, quick to respond to queries and full of helpful suggestions and local advice! Would definitely recommend The Loft as a place to stay during a visit to Dorset!

Very nice room. I felt right at home. The house was very clean and cosy. Martin is very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the 6 weeks with him!

What can I say, but just perfect from start to finish. The room was just beautifully designed with a lovely seating area, and incredibly comfy bed. The breakfast, well that was just something else! I have never and probably will never have such an amazing breakfast. So much choice and cooked to perfection. Peter and Joey were lovely, so friendly and Peter is so knowledgable and happily chatted with me during breakfast. As for location it was great and so close to Shell Beach which was so quiet and stunning and my favourite swim spot. Corfe Castle just up the road and lots of excellent hiking spots around. A very memorable couple of days and definitely one of my favourites!
