Holiday rentals with a pool in Swan River

Absolutely amazing beautiful hidden gem! It was the perfect place for the family and myself, extra comfortable, peaceful and so pretty all around!

We had a great Easter weekend at Tanias house. Communication was smooth and quick. The house—and especially the kitchen—was equipped with everything you need. The beach is a 10-minute walk. With kids, we can recommend Longview there. They have a kids' menu, fast service, and a great view. A successful beach stay and we would definitely come back if we visit Western Australia again.

We stayed here for my sisters hens in the swan valley. Great location and incredible place to stay. The photos are exactly what is shown. The house was exceptional. Highly recommend Michelle as a host.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

house is beautiful, plenty of eating places within walking distance. highly recommend Indian restaurant called Vatican. yo chi frozen yogurt was a daily visit for us. The only downside to this property was the size of the pool. property has 5 double bedrooms.There was only one lounger and if 10 people got in the pool you wouldn't move

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The outlook is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. The accommodation was beautiful, big, well appointed and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Was so lovely seeing the sunsets, kangaroos and general nature. Paul was so kind and helpful and responsive whenever we asked questions. Can’t fault it. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful house to stay in, the pool is great for those hot days to cool off in. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Really close to a lovely beach and local facilities. Rebecca is an attentive host. Would highly recommend it.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything
