Holiday houses in Swan Pool

Simola is such a comfy and tranquil place to unwind in while our home is being repaired by our insurers. Hosts Esther, John and Kathleen have been so accommodating and sympathetic that we are looking forward to our next visit in a few days time as repairs continue.

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

Excellent. Had everything we could need. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice bathroom and shower. A proper little apartment really. Marie was always responsive and made sure we had everything. Our stay was brief but we certainly enjoyed it.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Alex was a great responsive host. Always replied instantly and helped with any queries. The area is lovely and quiet and the grain house was a lovely stay. Really cosy and comfy. Will definitely be booking here again.

We had a perfect new year stay in Shirley's accommodation! The pictures on the listing do not do this place justice! There is so much room it is easy to fit 10 people and not be stepping on each others toes all the time. The instructions to get there and local information was extremely clear and useful. Shirley came to greet us and check we had settled in ok and if we needed any help. She was so friendly and helpful! When the WiFi went down (absolute disaster for the kids!), Shirley responded very quickly and rectified the problem immediately - thanks! The house is in a wonderful rural location to enjoy morning sunrises and close enough to Worcester to be able to easily visit and gather resources. There are so many walks which can easily be done from the house, we couldn't choose which to go on though the weather put paid to our grand plans. Such a great place and location and definitely would recommend for larger groups looking for this kind of accommodation.

We had a wonderful time at you luxury barn. It was big enough for all our family but still had little areas for the kids to chill. The kitchen is actually so much better than we thought and was fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Nice touches of fresh fruit and goodies were left for us so we didn’t have to go straight to the shops. Thanks Tim for everything my wife had a lovely 60th Birthday Celebration.
