Our charming Scandinavian house in the South of Sweden is centrally located, close to the highway and with direct access to the station with trains in the direction of Malmö (15 mins), Helsingborg and Copenhagen (45 mins to Copenhagen airport). In the near vicinity you will find a lake and forests for hiking, castles, beach, and many farms to shop local crafts and produce. We have a winter garden (uterum), 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms, and one office/guest bedroom on the ground floor.

Modern but cosy house on the countryside

Fastigheten är omgiven av gröna fält och paddockar. Den fantastiska naturen runt huset är vacker och lugn oavsett årstid. Med endast fågelsång och två grannar på avstånd, ligger det säkert för en lugn vistelse. Men, ändå med närhet till buss, tåg, supermarket, allt på bara 5 minuter med cykel. Centralt, men exklusivt avskilt. Bra läge för både familjer och företagare med närhet till hela Öresundsregionen, och 2 flygplatser. Malmö Airport och Kastrup också på köravstånd.
