Holiday rentals with lake access in Suwannee County

Wonderful, cozy, private little cabin. Roomy enough for all of us (2 adults, 5 kids, 2 small dogs). Felt very much like a home away from home, Kathleen provided everything you need and then some. I love her "rainy day" stash of card/board game type things, she has books too, and a couple of gaming systems. This was my family's first experience with an Airbnb and my kids loved every bit of it! The beds are comfy! We were in the area visiting family so we didnt spend a ton of time at the house or being a tourist, but she does have a binder with all the local attraction stuff and access info. And she also has notes throughout with friendly, useful house-related things. Also is easy to contact if you would need anything. The one thing I wish she had is bigger towels, the ones there are just a little too small to wrap around an average adult body. But that's a minor issue. If we needed to stay in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to pick this cozy place again!

Perfect location if you are planning to go to the springs. Peaceful neighborhood. Large fenced in yard for your pups. Easy check-in. The home was clean. Lots of amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Thomas!

What a fabulous Airbnb. House was amazing! Clean, comfortable and every amenity that you could need was there. One of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. The property was so beautiful and so much to see and do. Do not be scared to book this gem! Worth every penny.

We stayed overnight for just one night, hoping to see snow in Florida. We got to see it, and our stay was perfect! The house was wonderful...the kids especially enjoyed the arcade games! Kelly was so friendly and helpful with everything.

Stayed here while on a work contract, it definitely felt like home! Doris was very communicative, will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

We had a great time at the SRR! The views of the river and fishing from the dock were perfect. We loved sitting on the screened porch and enjoying the cozy fireplace. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was beautiful. The beds were cozy and our kids loved roast g skirts on the fire pit! A definite gem!

The River House was an idyllic and charming vacation rental. We enjoyed the high quality, hotel grade accommodation set in a calming and serenity producing location. We enjoyed the third story windows that allowed for unique moon and sun rise views over the Suwannee River, and also our daily walks through the pastures. We watched all manner of beautiful wildlife but also had the modern conveniences of a well curated space. Rebecca was an accommodating and friendly host, and you can tell every detail has been considered at this home. We had everything we needed to fully unplug, unwind, and create new and lasting memories. We will certainly be coming back, time and time again, to this special and wonderful home.

A comfortable place to rest after a long day. Wonderful house with everything we needed during our stay. The fireplace in the living room was a welcome addition with the cold weather that rolled in. The view from the back yard was also fantastic, always nice to stay next to water!
