Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sutomišćica

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

We had a great time! The apartment is few minutes walk from the local beach and the supermarket. There are plenty of bakeries and restaurants near by with delicious seafood and pastry. The place was clean and peaceful with a big beautiful garden. Arso was polite and helpful, he also offered us grapes from the garden. Murter is such a wonderful island, will definitely come back!

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the footpath by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful Paclenica National Park is minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back anytime.

We spent an amazing few days at Renata’s apartment. Her mother welcomed us and gave us the keys, she’s the loveliest lady ever. The location of the apartment is excellent, the supermarket and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. We couldn’t recommend staying here more. Thank you for having us:)

This place was really beautiful, we had complete privacy, we enjoyed the peace, the sea, the neighborhood. We definitely want to go back.

Everything was perfect! Agata, her father, Zeljko and his wife were super friendly and always very helpful! Communication was super fast! The house is beautiful, really remote and calm! Perfect if you are looking for an island escape and are not in the mood for other people ;)

This place is magical! The accommodation is in the heart of an olive grove, in the countryside, very quiet. There is private access to the huge lake with a truly amazing view. It's still preserved, you only see nature. Sunrises paint a magnificent sky. The area is very beautiful too. It's really an ideal place to stay in the middle of quiet nature. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped. Luka is very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly for us. I highly recommend it!

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

This was ine if the most beautiful houses we have stayed in and the photos do not do it justice. Communication was excellent throughout and they were extremely responsive if we had any questions. The house was lovely and peaceful and we'd very much like to return in the summer

We felt very comfortable in Jadranka's house. It's all very nicely decorated and you feel right at home. We had booked at very short notice and were still able to enter the house before check-in time. Jadranka and her family are very friendly and always helped us with questions. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Nice apartment at a stone's throw from the marine (and a short walk to the beach). Various nice restaurants nearby, including some great places for sunset dinners!

Sounds good. Excellent communication, if we needed something we had it, she responded directly. The space was super clean, the pool was maintained EVERY day without "bothering" us. When we arrived there was food and drink in the fridge. All the essential amenities were there. Andrea had sent recommendations for activities or restaurants to visit, the villa has an incredible and unobstructed view, the sun hits the pool well and it made the house super bright. The pool was heated, we were able to swim even at 11 p.m., it was perfect. The village is quiet, our neighbors were sheep and chickens, it was peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation is 20 minutes from Zadar and 1.5 hours from Split, the shops are also quite close. Renting a car is essential in my opinion. In short, I would 100% recommend this listing. The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Needed a little guidance from helpful neighbours to find.

We booked this house for one night before our departure because it is close to Zadar Airport. The house is spacious, clean and located close to a port and beach. It has only one air conditioning, not enough for the whole house, it is cool in the kitchen living room, warm in the bedrooms. The house is also close to a soccer stadium and a carnival (mid-July anyway) and our night was extremely noisy, difficult to sleep.

Had a nice time, beautiful view of the sea. Quiet water Paddleboarding was very nice. Cottage completely fine !!!

The cottage complies with 100% of the information and photos provided. A very nice retreat if you don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of e.g. Zadar. The place was absolutely clean and very well furnished and equipped. Sanja greeted us personally as a host and showed us everything. The kitchen actually has everything you need for your daily needs. Washing machine and iron ensure that you can also clean something in between. Due to the fenced property is great with a dog, as he could move freely. Beds very comfortable, pool also absolutely sufficient in size. You have to be aware that you always need a car here to shop or eat out. The old town of Zadar is reachable in 20 minutes by car and absolutely worth seeing. Good restaurants, very friendly and animal-loving people. Generally very good transport connections in all directions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!
