Our stay was perfect. Just as we imagined. Ellen went over and above to make us comfortable. She is a pleasant, caring person who respects our privacy. Will definitely stay on future trips.

Omega & Jeff were very kind & thoughtful. So were the towns folks. I forgot a medication & my husband needed first aid when he fell. Two women were standing nearby. They got what we needed from Elk Pharmacy. The pharmacist was great. The whole town had that "small town feeling." I would love to go back to the Seaford's home again sometime.

This stay was a great weekend getaway! The place was in a quiet place and I loved being near Cows( they were so quiet) and the place was so clean! We loved the stay here!

The host, Cherie, was at communication, the home was clean and adorable and felt very comfortable and we felt at home! We really enjoyed our stay in Mount Airy! Such a great town and is the real place that the fictional town of Mayberry in the TV show Andy Griffith is fashioned after. That actor himself lived here and his historical small home is still here and not too far from this Airbnb!

this was by far one of my favorite airbnbs!! it was super affordable so i did not expect the generous amount of amenities they had! a ton of snacks, pop and waters, shampoo, razors, shaving cream, pain meds, you name it! the bed was comfy and for being a tiny house, i was impressed that it didn’t feel tiny inside at all! there’s a full sized bathroom and tub, fridge and kitchen area. definitely worth staying here!

We LOVED staying in Eli's home. Our son got married this weekend, and we chose his home due to the location and the amenities if offered. It was more beautiful than we imagined! Big wrap around porch, beautiful yard, hot tub, screened in porch, a big screen TV in the living room, and comfortable beds. We felt very much at home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home to rent in this area.

Honestly the best air bnb I’ve stayed at. It’s a lil smaller than what I’m used but it was still the best. The places smelled amazing and everything was so clean. Modern appliances and furniture. They even left my girlfriend and I a little welcome treat with two glasses and a small bottle of champagne that we finished before we brought all of our stuff into the air bnb along with some snacks in personal baggies and water bottles for use as well. I was extremely impressed with the quality and price and upkeep of the air bnb. I would recommend this air bnb to my friends everytime they travel near the location of the airbnb. I could go on and on about how great this place is but I would recommend you request a stay at this Airbnb for sure 100/100!!!!!!

Had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home. It is hard to describe how beautiful the location is...looking down from all of the back windows onto a picturesque creek with boulders and rocks. We went during a freak snow storm so didn't get to use the summer pool but the hot tub was great. Very private yet within a few minutes of shopping and food. Actually had the power go off when a tree feel on the neighbor's powerline. Within 45 minutes, a rep was at the door making sure we were ok... how is that for service! This was our first longer trip and I thought my wife would be homesick after a few days but turns out she didn't want to leave! Clean, super well-equipped, slept better on the beds there than at home...Hoping to stay there again soon!

Had a wonderful stay! Dave had dog bowls out for my dog, a muffin in the kitchen and beers/water in the fridge for me. He was super communicative about how to find the place. Place was exactly as described. Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

This couldn't be more private or peaceful...the grounds are beautiful with trees, flowers, two fountains, so many places to sit and relax and then you have a pool and hot tub. A beautiful area to dine outside with a grill. Our dogs loved exploring the yard. Stefi offers many ideas on places to visit and to eat, which was so helpful. We will definitely book with Stefi again.

Beautiful new pier friendly home. Furniture is white and back yard currently is red so that was a little stressful with two small dogs. The home is well prepared for dogs with specific towels for them and fenced in back yard with comfortable seating to watch the little four or two legged family members play. Mt Airy is only a few short miles away.

Great weekend stay at Joshua’s Mayberry place. Did a great job with a remodel of an old cottage. Very clean and essentials as advertised. The bed was very comfortable (a plus with someone with a bad back). Took our little yorkie and all was great for taking her out to walk. Close to the Mayberry sites - very short drive but could walk to some if adventurous. Only negative was a refrigerator that wanted to be noisy at times with compressor (seemed to be a new one and worked, just made distracting noise at times). I let Joshua know so hope others won’t be bothered. Wonderful getaway place!

We will be back! Jennifer is a most gracious host and clearly has a huge heart for her home and property. We are so glad to have met her and stayed in a place with such wonderful energy and history!

Nice, clean apartment near downtown. Aaron was very communicative both before and during my stay. The place is well stocked with everything you need. Well worth it.

From walking into the bed filled with rose petals to, relaxing in the secluded hot tub and cabin in the woods we truly enjoyed our short little honeymoon stay! I would highly recommend this cabin to others that are looking for a relaxing romantic getaway.

We had the most amazing host ever. Anytime there was a question, she responded immediately. Her home is a beautifully decorated log cabin in a great location to allow for day trips. It has amazing views including a telescope on the upper level, very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. I can think of nothing you might need during your stay that she hasn't provided. If I could give this Airbnb more than five stars, I WOULD.
